I visited this USPS location expecting to pay with cash, as they are supposed to accept it as a form of payment. However, to my disappointment, they refused to accept cash, which is against their own policy. This created an inconvenient and frustrating experience for me as a customer. It's crucial for any business, including USPS, to adhere to their payment policies to ensure a smooth and reliable service. I hope they can address this issue promptly.

Incompetent employees at USPS from upper management to the mailman. You can see it when you walk into any USPS facility that all the locations are in bad shape going down here in Central Florida for many years, ugly maintained by low level people who don't know or won't care properly, good for hog sty care, not a USPS store. But, I'm here again today to complain about something I've already done (Case Confirmation For Service Request 55259631) and wasn't successful. The product that was delivered on September 19th, DOESN'T LEAVE THE SMALL SIZE OF THE MAILBOX DOOR, I ALREADY LEFT A MESSAGE AND ASKED THE POSTMAN HERE TO LEAVE IT IN THE BIG BOX. It was possible to him/her put it inside, because it opens the entire front of the archaic mailbox system, but was not possible to take it out through my door #12, which is too small. Follow Amazon's example, or better, let Amazon or other competent company take care of the USPS, you, the current directors and managers, are incapable of producing a good service for American consumers. My address: Whooping Crane Run, Kissimmee, FL 34741

worst service I've had. Man threw my package on the ground and then said here's you package. He didn't even knock to let me know he was here. Never ship packages with them.

I sent 4 packages on Wednesday June 8 and 2 of them were fragile. The manager took care of me and saw that the most fragile boxes had more tape than the other two and he complained why did they have gorilla tape when that has nothing to do with the time to send a package. I told the person who attended me to secure those two boxes in which on each side it said "Fragile" and to secure them for me. He did not show me the price table, he only saw what the address said and I confirmed that those packages were going to the corresponding address. I told them MULTIPLE TIMES that they were insured and that those packages were going to arrive at their destination on Monday. I paid for the packages, I didn't look at the receipt since I had already seen the price (I'm not a US citizen, I'm just visiting and I needed to send those packages) so I thought everything was safe since it seems like a government service and from what I've read and heard from friends that they take it "Very seriously" about sending packages That it has a lot of security and a lot of misleading advertising involvedI took a flight the same day that I sent my packages and when they arrived I saw that the 2 packages that were fragile were literally destroyed and the contents inside, even with clothes and bubble wrap, were broken and scratched.I am going to complain to the Post Office in the place where I needed to send those packages since I am visiting and I had the receipts to confirm that they were mine and the aforementioned insurance that I had supposedly bought. The person at the counter tells me that the place where I sent the packages did not charge my insurance and that my FRAGILE packages were not covered. I just lost 450 dollars in packages I have sent calls and emails and the only and absurd solution is to go to the place where I sent the packages. What kind of madman is going to take a 7-hour flight to complain about the destruction of his package and that not even those useless people have put insurance on the packages. In calls I had told about the situation and one of their representatives on the call hung up on me directly and another 2 more transferred me and made me wait 30-50 minutes to tell me that since I am not where I sent my packages they cannot do anything for me. I wasted my time, my patience and what I had in my packages, much less they will not return the money for all the broken items. The funniest thing about all this is that they tried to put more transparent tape on it to prevent the contents from coming out, but when I went to pick it up it was in a messy and horrible way to ''seal it'' a package that it was already seal it with gorila tape. Do not use this crap service, you save more problems than they give you.Arrogant people telling you what to do and what not to do and even so they ruin what you send. What a waste of time and money. Stop Hiring Boomers thinking that theyre in the right all the time and dont even know how to use their own system.

United States Postal Service gets a bad rap. It's a historic institution and a job that is never ending. I'm sorry to say people don't realize how gratifying it is to themselves and others to sit down and write a letter to a friend, a relative, or a member of the armed forces that may not receive any mail! I have always sent greeting cards to my family. I didn't have brothers and sisters so at one time I sent all my numerous cousins birthday cards every year. After a while I was hurt that it became expected yearly. When I didn't even get a response or thank you one actually wondered why he didn't get a card. Please! Now it's rare I send cousins greeting cards. I stick to my dearest friends and especially my last two Uncles and my one last living Aunt. Thanks to Klaus my joy of having a pen pal is renewed. I do have to limit it because of the expense. Not to mention the fact that I've got enough to do trying to stay alive at my age and in Manhattan! I just didn't have the energy to go to the post office today. My daughter just set up her online USPS account and encouraged me to do so. She said it was fast delivery. I'm pleased to say I set up the account this morning and I'm stocking up on stamps before the rate goes up on July 9th. I'm recommending you do the same. I'm all for the benefits of human personalized communication with the people you love!!Thank you Klaus and Karen......

Hello.I am highly dissatisfied with your organization's current mail delivery service. The tracking website indicated that my package was left in the mailbox, but upon my return home, the package was nowhere to be found.I strongly suspect that the mail delivery person has stolen my package. This is a severe breach of trust and a violation of my privacy and property rights. I find it utterly unacceptable that someone entrusted with delivering mail would engage in such dishonest behavior.I urge you to take swift and decisive action to investigate this matter and hold the responsible parties accountable. I urgently need the contents of that package, and it is unacceptable that it has been stolen.I expect a prompt response from your organization regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I was shipping home some things for my wife. Since it was international shipping, with customs forms, it was more complicated than a normal transaction. The folks working there got it worked out for me while being friendly and patient in sorting it out.

Usps is becoming my worst enemy. I ordered stamps for my wedding invites. You guys lost those for a week. They finally come. I mail the wedding invites. You've now lost all of my wedding invites. We resent replacements, my family who lives a few miles away still hasn't gotten any of the three invites I've sent. You send me an email w informed delivery that I'm getting several rsvps today but guess what?!? Nobody delivered our mail at all!!!!I am TOTALLY FED UP WITH USPS!!! It's shameful that you take no care in what's going on where people do not have other options for standard mail. Also you didn't pay to replace the invitations you lost or the tons of postage you also lost. I freakin hate you guys!!!

Husband went to this Post Office to get a hand back service, a postmark, and he came across three rude and functional illiterate employees. My husband showed them the regulation in the Postal Operations Manuel and they refused to read the regulation and to implement the regulation. They are obnoxious and ignorant.

In a competitive world, one wonders how they will survive. You see, I mistakenly ordered regular stamps from the USPO. You HAVE to see the humor, right? I get updates showing it is arriving "Today" the 25th. Of course, not delivered. I get my usual daily notice of what is arriving today (the 26th of July) and no mention of my order. Thus, I have to track my package within the USPO site, and there, I can see it was delayed. So trust the USPO who cannot even deliver their own stamps on time. Best laugh of 2022.

If I could rate a negative, I would. To say USPS is the worst parcel service provider would be an understatement. This week alone, I've had 4 items ordered through Amazon and using USPS that was delayed, and/or sent to the wrong processing center. I will not buy another item from a seller who uses USPS as a shipper.

Shephard always is polite, professional and kind. This time she went above and beyond. My package didn't arrive to my PO BOX but I received notification that it did. When Shephard checked the system it was delivered to wrong station. Shephard drove her car to go pick it up because I told her my son needed it for the following day for school trip. She EXCEEDED my expectations and showed the TRUE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shephard is an asset to the Post Office and I hope one day she is recognized and get promoted. She will be an PHENOMENAL SUPERVISOR one day.

I reside in a condo. FedEx UPS and Amazon has no problem leaving packages at my door. The poster service does not deliver to my door. If it does not fit in my mailbox I have to go to the post office to pick it up. Time and gas makes it impossible and not worthwhile to pick up the package. Do not use the Postal Service. If it was not a government agency it would be out of business.
