I visited this Verizon location because a representative via phone had me delete my eSIM. I went 24 hours without my phone. I visited another location who denied me service because they needed my ID and couldn’t use my online pin which landed me to this location. I’m happy to say that Rajesh jumped to help me solve my issues and did it in less than 10 minutes. Please visit the store if you want good service and efficient time. Also, don’t let no rep tell you that they cannot use your pin, it’s possible!

Lukas was incredibly helpful. Confirmed i genuinely needed a new phone and then helped me get a great deal. Was very flexible, courteous, and professional. Worked with me and my schedule to get my new phone updated and the old one traded in.

Rajesh (Raj) did a fabulous job of helping me port my mobile and home internet services from my previous provider to Verizon. He was highly knowledgeable about the process, sensitive to potential impact on the customer (me), all while remaining focused on getting the job done. This is tricky stuff and Raj earned my trust and respect through his clear expertise and calm demeanor. In this day and age one cannot afford to be “down” and I was grateful to be in Raj’s capable hands. 5 stars from me!

I've never seen a store that actively tries to charge their customers more. I was asked to pay $30 to activate a SIM card, which is bogus. It should technically be free and there must be a clear reason why a $30 charge is required while you've been a monthly subscriber for 15 years.
On top of that, they didn't have a physical SIM card at all, so they decided to take one out of an existing phone that is placed somewhere in a drawer, and still asked me to pay $30.
This is unethical business practice that needs to be checked.

Fantastic service from Asad! After literally three hours of jumping from one chat representative to another with Verizon’s chat feature, and then waiting on hold only to be told that Verizon couldn’t talk to me today, Asad took care of my problem professionally, completely and most importantly, quickly. Great, great, great service!

Ramesh was exceptional. He offered great service without being pushy or simply trying to move on to the next customer. I really appreciate that I can keep the phone I'm trading in for 30 days. Not everything transferred while I was at the store and having the old phone to make sure it is done correctly is a big plus.

Understaffed. Don’t drop off your equipment here. You will need to wait 30 minutes while the single staff member finishes selling someone a phone plan. They are cordial enough, just understaffed.
