Capital One Arena Team Store is part of a major stadium that hosts concerts, basketball games, and rallies for large crowds. The arena offers a great fan experience for events like Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals games, with great views from every section and screens that help fans feel close to the action. The energy and hype of the crowds are frequently praised. The venue is very convenient to get to and features engaging entertainment during timeouts. Many visitors highlight the excellent and friendly staff, from helpful ushers and security to the very nice and kind ladies at the shop counter who assist in finding items. The arena also offers special amenities like the new Signature Club & Lounge, which features great food and intimate, great service for premium guests. Throughout the season, there are additional events like free concert series that attract large crowds. However, some note that while the food is great, the pricing for tickets is not that great, especially when the teams are not performing well, which can feel like price gouging and stop people from coming. Despite this, it remains a place for a fun night out, with many visitors planning to return again soon.

Have both the capitals and wizards merch available but racks rotate depending on which team is playing that night. Limited larger sizes and very expensive licensed products. Price was different from the sign and the register but the did honor the quoted price.
