Walked into the store with my girlfriend and the staff said hello and stayed behind the counter. It's cold today, so we're bundled up in cozy clothes. We literally heard the staff talking about us. Did we not look expensive enough? Extremely rude... we might have actually bought something.

My husband and I came to City Center for some light shopping on a weekend. Neither one of us had heard of the brand Vince before but we both figured if they have a storefront at City Center, the quality of their clothes must be good. We were greeted immediately by two employees who quickly told us about current store promotions and then let us browse on our own. Charlie, the sales associate, stopped by to check on us and pulled some pieces for my husband to try on. We ended up buying a shirt which my husband just wore out of the store. Charlie was professional and helpful, he delivered the best customer service we had all day - even better than the other snobby stores near by.

Bought a pair of shoes and the assistant gave me a worn one -the shoes base have very severe scratch, black stain and can’t be cleaned at all -probably a display pair. Do not come to this store for shopping if you absolutely have emergency need.

Might be the worst customer service of all time. Several people walked in actively picking up merchandise and trying things on. They lost out on a shoe sale and a leather coat. Both associates stood behind the counter on their phones having a personal conversation and one of them even had AirPods in. For these price points you would expect to see better. I can imagine this location isn’t making any money.

Vince has always been a d sign source where you might find a versatile, workhorse garment worth the price. Sometimes the lines be carried beautifully classic lines, but awful trendy colors. Baby p*** yellow, anyone??? Well, I found a beautifully constructed gauze shirt -- white with a strip that can work with grey or navy (even black!) bottoms and certainly denim!!! Workhorse. Garment. However: the clerk here displayed every kind of snobbery you'd expect. Apparently, my lack of makeup and mid-priced outfit didn't measure up. If the garment I purchased had not been so completely versatile and worth it, I would have skipped the purchase. Not everyone who can afford your brand feels the need to dress upscale every day. This is a problem I've noted everywhere, but it's especially bad in the DC area.

Customer service here is astoundingly bad. I’ve had numerous occasions with different sales people who were just blatantly rude and lacked basic politeness. I’ll be ordering online from here on out.
