I wish that the price tags at Visionworks would warn the consumer that the price is only for the FRAMES, not for the glass inside the frames. Every little bit of information helps.

Appointments here aren’t guaranteed if you don’t respond to their texts they will give your appointment time to someone else the day before your exam.

Aside from the Doctor who examined y eyes, the staff does not provide any decent customer service. I was not clear on where to go, what to expect, or how long it would be. However, wheb i got a pretest for my eye, I was hustled with a sales-pitch to make an additional out-odlf-pocket purchase for additional services. After I saw the Doctor, I was told anything about the next step. So I immediately left. I decided not to purchase the lenses that caught my attention. I rather spend my money at another store. That was my first and last time going to that place for an eye exam. Overall, besides the doctor, the place us very inhospitable.

The young lady that first greet you and does the measurements of your frame gives the best customer service and has one of the best personality in the world. I will never change my location because of her.

Last year service was extremely slow and disorganized. This year they cancelled my late December appointment two days before and offered my a replacement on 12/27 or 28 when I am out of town. Thanks for wasting my benefits. Its close to the office but will never patronize them again.

Margie is SO knowledgeable and welcoming!! I took a long time deciding on the right glasses and she helped me through the process to find the best frames at my price point. The whole store was well-stocked and clean but Margie was the reason I’ll be coming back!

My visit was on 11/22. The doctor and the front associate were great. They were very kind and knowledgeable. However, they were the only two people working. As a medical professional myself i find this very unacceptable and unprofessional for a business, especially one that takes care of patients, to allow such short staff. The doctor was ready to take me back for 25 minutes but he couldn’t until the front associate checked me in. She couldn’t check me in because she was in the middle of helping another patient. Furthermore, the doctor had to do the pretesting that a tech would normally do because there wasn’t anyone to help them. Visionworks needs to treat their employees better. Please recognize these employees for the ability to stay calm and positive even though they were very obviously being forced to work the jobs of multiple people.

Appointments get randomly cancelled here. My appointment got cancelled twice without a call or anything. Will not schedule at this location again.

Be prepared to spend over an hour for a regular annual check up.
I waited about 30 minutes just to get checked in after letting the front desk person know that I was there for an appointment. When I told the lady at the front desk that I needed to go back to work she said that I was supposed to have planned to be there for at least an hour, but the actual exam took less than 10 minutes!
The week before my appointment I received three emails from them rescheduling my appointment, for a later time on the same day, but I never asked or consented to be rescheduled. I was able to accommodate their changes but when I raised this concern with the front desk lady, she said it was because they were understaffed.
If you value your time,
consider other options.

3rd time here and it’s extremely slow service. I wish I’d bought my prescription to a different store because the wait time is not worth it. The first time I was window shopping and took pictures of all the frames I liked. The 2nd time I came back about none of them were on display and I had to wait over an hour to be helped. My 3rd time here because I got a confirmation at 1pm that my glasses are ready for pickup. I get here at 1:15 and the door is locked. When the staff member came over to let another customer in, I was told I need to come back. I don’t live nearby so the staff member let me in but said I need to wait an hour to pick up my glasses because everyone else in the store needs to be helped first. I told the staff member I just wanted to take them since they’re already paid for (and not cheap regardless of insurance) and don’t need adjustments, but they’re still having me wait. The store needs more staff-it’s ridiculous to have 1 employee running everything- helping those browsing, placing orders, fulfilling orders, and completing fittings. I have not been in here without others or myself being irritated with the time constraints. Will not be purchasing from Visionworks again.

What a nightmare, completely understaffed, you come to just pick up glasses and they say they can't see you for half a week, can't give you an appointment, and if you call ahead you just get stuck on hold for an hour. Don't waste your time here.

Booked appointment here and filled the medical paperwork. Came on time, the doctor came after me. I waited 15 minutes and was told I had to wait for a few hours to be seen.
