The level of customer service here is excellent. I have a retrofitted grooming van with all kinds of custom hoses and fittings. One of them broke and I had a major leak. I explained my problem to Mike and he was able to retrofit a toilet supply line, a hose barb, and clamps to create what I needed. He cut and fitted everything on the spot. I will be coming here for all my hardware needs in the future.

I loved this stores. I used it many times, practically all my experiences with the personnel at the store has been great. Except for one particular bad experience, I ran into the store to pick up something - I forget what it was. The clerk at the counter was unusually nasty and matter of fact. I shrugged it off, everybody has a bad day. Later, much later in the day, I caught site of myself in a mirror and I noticed I was wearing a “Black Lives Matter” tee shirt. Now I think twice each time I return to the store. What’s sad is that I don’t think the clerk behind the counter reflect the store’s attitude at all, but the memory of that experience persist. Great store!! Ordered several bags of potting soil online; not only was it cheaper than at other stores in town, it also arrived ahead of schedule and the staff were super friendly and helpful when I went to pick up. The store is huge and looks like it has great selection, will definitely be going back

November 28,2023 I, who happens to be African American, went to this store to purchase a cutting tool to remove a wheel lock and when asking for recommendations I could not get a straight answer that would not cost me unnecessary money. I saw that a similar tool was hanging on the wall that said “rent” so I ask to rent the tool and was told that the manager of the store Dan, who happens to be white, would not rent the tool to me even when it clearly stated rent on the arm of the tool. When I asked to speak with Dan he blatantly lied to my face and told me that if I purchased any tools that I could not return it making the assumption that I was there to purchase and use the tool only to return it because in his words “people do it all the time” and it was store policy. Another lie! Well Dan as you know I video recorded this discrimination and your day has come to be exposed for racism as I promised you that day. OHR has been notified and this is finally going to go public. I seek to eradicate racism in this city. The actual video will be posted to all networks soon exposing this company.

Large and spacious hardware store in the old school sense. The staff is knowledgeable like Fragers of yore without the crowded piled aisles.The rooftop garden is a work in progress, but the space should prove incredible before long.Nice tool selection, garden section is adequate but slightly slim on choices, the upstairs has a little bit of everything else.

This is a great local hardware and garden center. Very large (you wouldn’t expect) and organized. Staff are very friendly and they offer a variety of classes and events. They even recycle paint which is a rare find.
