Had a wedding makeup emergency and ran upstairs to the cosmetics floor to grab a few items. All I can say is wow! I was so stressed out and the beauty advisor there was such a joy. She made sure I had what I needed but her words of kindness are what really got me through such a stressful morning.
This lovely woman had a short pixie cut, beautiful face and a black leather jacket.
Wish I could remember her name, and I hope Walgreens is treating her well🌸

If you dont know the price ... DONT MAKE IT UP!!!
Beware: They will over charge you and lie to your face about it.

They told me three times that my prescription had been ordered and would arrive soon. This was false. They told me three times that they would fill my prescription with a generic. This was false. When I tried to transfer my prescription, they sent the other pharmacy a prescription for the wrong medication.

I love how clean this place is, it's so easy to go in and get out, customer service from the pharmacist persons that attended to me was so amazing, kudos to them and Walgreens?????

Sigh. I have been using Walgreens for decades. Loyal in fact. The location is inconvenient, No parking, unsafe with homeless and drug dealers all around but I picked up my prescriptions from this location regularly. Recently my doctor changed some of my prescriptions. I notified the pharmacy twice that specific ones had been discontinued by my doctor. When I came to pick up my meds, I paid approx $100 in co-pays only to find out when I got home, they filled a prescription I had already told them my doctor discontinued. I called immediately and spoke with someone on the phone and she told me to bring in the receipt and meds and I'll be refunded. When I got to the pharmacy, the pharmacist refused to take the meds back or issue a refund. We argued for a bit but I got nowhere with her. In the end I left in a huff and transferred ALL of meds to a CVS a block from my house. I'm done with Walgreens. Horrible Service, Unyielding and would rather I take the hit than to refund me $14 and discard the unused meds. Ridiculous. I would never treat a customer as this pharmacist did.

Fix bugs in app . Does not make it easy to find and set up prescription delivery . CVS app is easier.

Awful attitude. Wait for half hour they disappear without a word. Pharmacy manager Smith especially agregious. Not doing anything but ignore long line. Leaving other, hard working pharmacist all work.

20 minutes later, I'm still waiting for someone to come help me with an item that need to be unlocked. Shout out to the security guard that has now twice messaged upstairs to let them know I need help because the staff here have no idea what's going on.
