Black Walgreens manager has a very nasty attitude. When I ask her where is the first aid kit is located. She roll her eyes at me and say find it yourself. Very unprofessional .

It was our first time visiting the Walgreens Pharmacy located in Chinatown Washington DC. First we entered and the place looked normally just like a pharmacy until the kids wanted some ice cream. Apparently the place is like 3 floors with elevators and to get the access to the ice cream u need to go down to one of the floors and back again to the main floor where the cashier is located. It really sounded like too much work for us. But we liked it coz it had all the products we wanted to purchase and took the opportunity to see the historic Chinatown.

One day I came in shopping and one of your employees really smell like they been drinking I believe that is unacceptable. There should be some precautions taken. I really enjoy shopping here but I don’t want to have to smell that. If drinking on the job is something that’s happening it needs to stop

My experience with Mr. Indel at the DC location of 7th street NW was nothing less than exceptional. I will now only be frequenting this location for my light shopping due to his respect and professionalism.

On October 30th, I visited your store to purchase water. The male cashier was helpful, but his coworker Sharon rudely and loudly interrupted him, making him feel uncomfortable.
The next morning, I returned to the store and encountered the same rude employee . Sharon ignored my greeting, spoke to me rudely, and refused to assist me when I needed help.
I was extremely disappointed with her customer service and how Sharon interacted with her co-worker .

I go to this store often. I have had KiKi be my cashier a few times and each time she is very professional and considerate. The whole cashier team are usually very pleasant and curtious.
It's hard for this store to stay stocked. One visit they have it, next visit they don't. A clean and positive atmosphere, despite it's location.
