I dislike leaving bad reviews but feels it's necessary at times in order to warn others about the location. As a delivery driver, it is very inconvenient that they keep many items locked up and there is no way to ask for assistance unless you go to the go to the register or find an associate in the aisle to help you. It does indeed make it somewhat difficult to shop when we have to scan and verify multiple items but I can get through it with courtesy. Though what is bothering me the most about this location is that there is a very rude security guard who is working at the location. I don't know his name yet to file an official complaint yet but he is an An African gentleman who seems to have too much time on his hands. I only went to this location to pick up medicine for my niece who had a fever. As soon as I walked into the store, he started to discretely (or so he thought) following me around the store. I was looking at children's fever medicine in the aisle for maybe five minutes before he finally walked over and asked me if I needed help with anything. I initially thought he wanted to assist me in actually finding the product I wanted. But instead, he had told me to just go ask someone up front. I said I was fine and was currently just looking at the medicine and he repeatedly kept trying to deliberately make me get an associate instead of just looking through the one aisle by myself. Anyone would deny it, but I immediately knew what he was insinuating. It was late that night and I was out alone, so for safety reasons as a woman, I purposely dress down so that no one will harass me, yet I go to this Walgreens an hour before closing, only to be harassed here instead. I was literally trying to respectfully tell him to just let me look at the items in peace but he literally kept hovering over me with an increasingly unpleasant attitude trying to get me out of the store as soon as possible. I know for a fact that is not normal and I have been to multiple Walgreens locations in various states. I can understand that the store is in a high crime area but that doesn't give you the right to harass patrons just because they are dressed in a way that you think makes them more likely to steal. It was cold too, hence why I was in a large coat. If my niece hadn't gotten sick, then I would have just left without buying anything because he made me very uncomfortable. It actually saddens me to know that people like him immediately make assumptions about others based on what they look like in a brief passing. I would have also complained directly at the front but a line formed behind me. I would never step foot in this location again. If it was possible I'd leave less than 0 stars. The hostile and deplorable attitude at the time was beyond shocking. š

Dear Walgreens Management,
Iām writing to share my experience from my visit to your store this morning, around 10 AM. As a Dasher, I came in specifically to pick up a single item: dishwashing soap. Unfortunately, the item was locked up, and I had to request assistance.
When the staff member arrived, he appeared visibly irritated. He unlocked the items and then took my soap, stating he needed to bring it to the front. I explained that I could scan it myself as part of the Dasher process, but he still took the item away.
This felt unnecessary and overly complicated, especially considering that Dashers often pick up multiple items and scan them as we go. It raised concerns about how the store is handling Dasher orders and whether it aligns with platform policies.
I wanted to bring this to your attention, as itās important for the process to be as smooth and efficient as possible for Dashers. I hope that you can look into this and ensure better training or coordination in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Donāt recommend going here for vaccination appointments. This pharmacy has canceled on me day-of, two times. Most recently, they did not inform me they could not honor the appointment time until I arrived at the store. Total waste of time.
The personnel are pleasant but the pharmacy is disorganized.

During my recent visit, I approached the counter to inquire about getting a passport photo. The station was set up, brightly lit, and appeared ready for serviceāalmost like a welcoming advertisement.
When I asked, the associate Amanda was willing to help immediately. However, her colleagueāwho was leaning across the counter engaged in a personal conversation with a friend (clearly neither a coworker nor a customer)āresponded to her question by saying, āWe are closing.ā Without any prompting from me, Amanda encouraged her colleague to assist.
He reluctantly began to move toward helping me, but then abruptly stopped, returned to his original spot, and used the store microphone to urgently call for a manager. When another employee (who I assume was the supervisor or manager) arrived, the first gentleman asked him to help. The supervisor responded curtly and without warmth: āWeāre closed.ā
This was especially frustrating as it was obvious I was already in the store along with other customers, and my phone clearly showed there were still six minutes before the posted 10:00 p.m. closing time. Amanda again urged them to assist, but they refused.
I want to sincerely thank Amanda for proving that all is not lost when it comes to decent customer service. She demonstrated initiative, empathy, and professionalismāqualities that stood in stark contrast to the indifference shown by the others.

The pharmacy techs were incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation and made sure I was able to have my prescription ready as soon as possible. Extra kudos to the lady who chatted with me on the phone and assisted me!
As far as pharmacies go, Walgreens is among the best. As far as Walgreens goes, this one is among the best. Definitely reccomend!

Do not try print documents at this location - they couldn't do it and sent me away (2nd Walgreens to do so in less than 12 hours)
