Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy. They need to hire more help and start answering the phone. Not all of your customers are mobile nor tech savvy so it is extremely important that customers can communicate with someone in the pharmacy by phone. I had to switch pharmacies because I was unable to get my refills on very important meds because I didn't have the prescription numbers and no one would answer the phone. Not to mention they thoroughly botched my son's asthma medication order and transfer. I definitely do not recommend anyone use this one smdh.

The pharmacy is a big joke. They wanted me to pay in full even though I had my insurance. I complained and they told me to wait for 45 min to fill my prescription again. I told them I needed my prescription as soon as possible because my chest was really congested, they told me to continue shopping then come back even though they had no one else waiting. They had no heart. I called my doctor and changed the pharmacy.

Called the pharmacy and no one answered on multiple occassions in the morning and afternoon. I went in person at the store to ask about my pet's prescription and said they never got any communication with my vet about it. Could have saved me a 40 minute trip by answering the phone. My vet office calls me to tell me that also no one answered there phone call. When they got through they put and left them waiting on the line. Might have been understaffed today but calling in seems impossible. They seemed nice in person when trying to help me out which is why I left it 2 stars. Not coming back here again.

Worst pharmacy ever. Random lunch hours where they shut the gate, no one answers the phone, they text you your Rx is ready and it's not. 4 days from being out of the ER and I still don't have my Rx, AWFUL PHARMACY

This is the worse place ever. Every time my mom’s prescriptions are ready be to pick since this pandemic started, is a big deal to try to get them delivered to my house. The reason why my mom can’t come to pick them up to the store is because she has Diabetes and Hypertension which limites her chances of survival if She ever catch the COVID 19. I called yesterday and they said that they will put her order in today with FedEx . Today she received their message saying that her prescription was ready for pick up. When I called to the pharmacy again because of the text that She was getting ,but she was not supposed to received because yesterday they “said they would place her order”. The Pharmacy’s manager told me that “She was a healthy woman and She was able to go and pick up her order herself” After myself explaining to her multiple times all my health conditions . Seriously? Do you think She is in a good health condition when her doctor since this pandemic started told her to no go outside to do anything until everything was over? This is horrible. Having people who have no consideration for others knowing that other people’s lives depends on staying at home so they don’t get sick. Just because people don’t want to do their job correctly. On top of that the Manager lying and saying everything is fine “ that everything is safe now to go outside” when the news are showing the numbers of people dying and getting this virus” . My mom did not want me to say anything about this incident that is constantly happening. But enough is enough. None human being has the right to play with the health of someone else. I can’t believe that the manager is part of this game. “Wow such a good leader an amazing example for your employees”. May God forgive your ignorant heart and mind.

What I would like to share at this time is that the Corporate and Management Team truly "BARE DOWN" and do a "COMPLETE 360" at this location. As a Retired Veteran, Community Servant and Essential Employee myself, I am not only DISCUSSED by the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, but as a BUSINESS OWNER, the ANTICS of the EMPLOYEES and well as MANAGEMENT (with the exception of a few) is down right DESPICABLE and HORRIFIC, and I would not give anyone a job in there, even they were THE LAST PEOPLE ON EARTH. Everything from looking like they DO NOT care about PERSONAL APPEARANCE (i.e. looking unclean, unkempt and worn out) to SPEAKING to GUEST like we are we are on the STREETS or something. In closing, although, I am happy with the dialog between myself, the Corporate Secretary and Store Manager that occurred earlier this week, I would be MORE ELATED if ACTION, was put behind those SPOKEN WORDS. Until, I will limit my presence at that location, until a full ERADICATION is complete.

Other auxiliary staff was nice and helpful but the pharmacist who worked the shift on 4/13/19 that closes at 5pm was rude when i asked why there was a discrepancy between their price for the medication and good rx coupon. I mentioned i would have gone to costco if i knew there was going to be a price difference. Her exact words was “ you can run along if you want toâ€. Very unprofessional.

Pharmacy checkout is disorganized and staff do not go by who was in line first. Some staff are rude and not kind to sick customers who obviously don't feel well and may misunderstand unclear or vague directions, even after customer apologizes. Others chit chat with other staff instead of waiting on customers in line. I understand being short staffed and I was understanding about the longer wait. Pharmacists can't help volume and staffer I spoke to was super nice about the wait. But during actual checkout, I do not understand ignoring customers who have obviously been waiting longer than others when prescriptions are ready. I also do not understand clearly pulling people out of line who have not been waiting as long as others. Additionally, a simple apology would suffice instead of a passive aggressive taking over of a transaction and asking if patient understands an RX with pretty clear instructions. Not sure what interpersonal issues are going on here, but something is obviously wrong behind the scenes here with staff. I now remember why I stopped using this pharmacy.

The staff here has not been trained in customer service. The food consistently looks picked over. The store is dirty, and the meat looked like it was spoiling. You go to Walmart to pick up basics for cheap, but it isn't even worth the trip here.

This Walmart is pretty nice inside compared to some other Walmarts I've been to, but I'm only giving it 3 stars due to the staff. I waited 30 minutes to pick up an online order, and there wasn't even a line. Nobody was staffing the online pickup counter, so I waited in the long line at the customer service counter. Once I got to the front of that line after 10 minutes, the employee walked me over to the empty pick up counter line and pressed a call button. If I had known it was that easy, I would've done it myself, but the signage wasn't very clear. It took another 20 minutes for a staff to come help me, even though like 15 different staff passed me at least once--some twice. Easy parking.
