I found what I needed and picked up my Dad’s prescription so thanks for that Walmart. I just wish they had a better/bigger selection of clothing. I’ve seen some nice things in other Super Walmarts, so that was consistently disappointing, so I took off a star.

I frequent the Walmart off Georgia Avenue and it’s definitely a convenient spot. The store is open daily from 6 AM to 11 PM, making it easy to run errands at almost any time. It’s got a large underground parking garage with electric vehicle chargers, which is a huge plus. The store itself is well-stocked with just about everything you need, including a large grocery section, a full-size pharmacy, electronics, home goods, and clothing. Their prices typically beat most other stores in the area for the same products. The store can be busy at all hours of the day.
One feature I really love is their Scan & Go option through the Walmart app. It’s great that they have a dedicated lane for Scan & Go customers, making checking out a breeze. It really speeds up the process and is super convenient.
However, there are a few drawbacks. I’ve noticed that some customers double park near the entrance on Georgia Avenue, which can make traffic a bit tricky, especially when trying to drive by. Also, there are a number of homeless individuals who often hang out near the entrance, which can make entering and exiting a bit uncomfortable at times. There is also blatant shoplifting that occurs. Some of the offenders do get caught but many of the kids just walk right on out the front door with whatever they grabbed.
Overall, it’s a solid Walmart with a good selection, decent hours, and helpful technology like Scan & Go. Most of the staff are friendly, though they’re not always the most helpful. Getting in and out of the store can be challenging due to the parking situation and loitering at the entrance, but it’s still not a bad store overall.

Customer service line excessively long with one associate. Staff just walking around not calling for assistance. Customer service line goes unanswered repeatedly. Everyone I asked says they don’t work over there and walks away. It’s bad enough items frequently out of stock but the dismissive staff… no thank you.

The worst!! I have never seen this before at Walmart. I was chopping with my wife cause we need some toys for my baby. I was standing waiting for my wife who was shopping around and the security guard came up to me saying, you have to keep moving. If you’re not shopping you can’t be here. I am pretty sure I wasn’t in the wrong spot. He was so rude. He tried to intimidate me. I was trying to report that with the manager but no one told me where he was. Then I was calling to Walmart and nobody answer the phone.

This store in Georgia ave and the workers in here are some of the best people and workers at any Walmart I ever meet in my life,they are always nice,they deserve a raise

Second order from Walmart delivery after over 2 years- with Walmart Plus! Waited and waited while tracking feature showed driver making other stops before mine, some close by, only to return to store at least twice before heading out again, all the time the tracking saying it's on the way. Delivery window came and went, order never arrived. THEN tracking said driver tried to deliver at 10:05am, which was a lie. I kept track the whole time WITH SCREEN SHOTS. Started chat and ended up talking to Raheem (CS) over the phone. Raheem said driver was having vehicle problems and had to return to the store. Another lie? He then said the order would arrive before 8 pm. I then asked for refund/cancellation but he kept saying order was too far along to cancel. I AM NOT HAPPY. If your drivers have problems, don't ghost your customers with no relevant updates and then make up lies after that! FYI, I asked Raheem where he was located, he said Pakistan. Nothing like outsourcing your responsibility, eh Walmart!?
PS- Update- it is now 8:18pm the same day and my order STILL has not shown up, no call, no text, no notification of any kind. If Walmart does not refund every single penny I will be pursuing legal action. Stay tuned...
