Great experience with therapists who genuinely care about your rehab. Jahan was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery!

I highly recommend Physio DC. I recently recovered well after a couple injuries while working with Jahan at Physio DC. He is fantastic: he asks great questions, does a thorough assessment, is interested in understanding individual health goals, provides great suggestions for strength exercises, and provides great advice on how to maintain a positive attitude while healing. I am so lucky I got to work with Jahan.

Very unprofessional. They are very unorganized, and lost my information multiple times and are very slow with communication.

Kira's electric dry needling has resolved my IT band / leg muscle issues and allowed me to avoid surgery. It's life changing. And for only $50 out of pocket for a session that lasts me relief for months. So worth it. It's not a painful treatment, in case you're nervous - only weird feeling. And it's completely different than a massage or acupuncture - so if those haven't worked for you, try this. It's very difficult to find an expert in electric dry needling (as opposed to plain dry needling), but the electric stimulation provides incredible relief and resets the muscles. If you've had muscle pain for years and nothing else has worked to relieve it, please please please see Kira Davis for electric dry needling and give it a shot!! She's the best!

Friendly ,competent and professional and they utilize the full time. I have had PT services in the past that would cut corners on time.

I had a great experience with Physio DC. My therapist, Chris Cousins, began treating me for a back problem and then helped identify another problem that had not been diagnosed. Once it was confirmed, he went to work on that. I "graduated" from physical therapy earlier this wee, pain free for the first time in months (helped of course by a series of injections, but still . . . .). I have a good home program and would happily return should I need to (but hope I don't have to).

Professionals who actually care about your recovery. I was very nervous that I’d never have full capability after Achilles heel surgery. Josh Ripp worked with me and I’m back 100%. Not all therapy practices are alike- despite what my surgeon said. Some just check the boxes and you’re just another lump of meat with a co pay. PhysioDC takes the time to listen and care unlike any others. Full credit to Josh and company for my recovery.

Outstanding place for physical therapy! I worked with Christina as my Physical therapist for four months after breaking my leg, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The exercises were designed and progressed in a way that helped me regain my strength, form, and range of motion, and I genuinely looked forward to going to PT each time. All of the staff and PTs were so helpful and friendly, Christina especially. PhysioDC has also done a great job adapting to COVID, and I always felt very safe going in-person. Highly recommend if you ever need physical therapy.

I've seen two physical therapists here. The low rating is for the first therapist and the billing department. The first therapist, while otherwise professional and effective, made some extremely inappropriate, sexually suggestive jokes while he was treating me. I emailed him to complain and he apologized, but it was truly offensive. When my insurance wouldn't accept another provider, I returned to see a second therapist, who was less experienced but fine. What prompted this review was the billing experience, quite possibly the worst medical billing experience of my life, which is saying a lot. The bills were unintelligible. There were many awful interactions but perhaps the worst was that company applied my first payment to treatments that occurred later in time, then sent the "overdue amount" for the earlier treatments to collections. I paid the amount immediately, but the company has continued to claim that it was unpaid for months. Truly outrageous service. I called Physio D.C. to complain and the person who answered the phone said that many people have complained about a new billing company. Sounds like they were bought by a larger company, or they need to hire a new accountant. I'm going to switch insurance providers so I can go to a different PT.

I have had a tremendous experience with Chris and the entire practice seems very well run. Diagnosed and attacked my weaknesses with clinical precision.

I worked with Dan the hand/wrist specialist for my over-use pain from excessive computer usage at work. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and practical. Importantly, he was also accommodating and flexible when I had messed up a time for my appointment and came 6 hours later. He could have advised me to reschedule and pay for my missed appointment, but he kindly agreed to work me in, meaning he left his work day much later than expected. Shout out to the office manager/scheduler staff as well, who was always friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend this group, particularly given their very convenient location downtown just above the Farragut North metro station
