For the sake of unsuspecting consumer I hope this business closes. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Not only are their rates outrageous, but they are extremely rude. I was practically told that I was inconveniencing them by bringing my business. The last time I was there, I got a pair of vintage shorts hemmed. When I picked them up their was a large stain on the back. When I confronted them on this they refused to take any accountability. If their business burned down I would shed no tears. Please please please do NOT go here.

I had gone in to get some jeans hemmed and tapered and asked to keep the original hem. What I expected is for them to keep the original hem but reduce the diameter to be consistent with the taper. Instead what I got was a taper inwards followed by a taper outwards to the original pant width, and it flares out. Now it just looks like some weird trying-to-stand out style. I feel like this is a simple alteration that any experienced tailor should know how to do, but apparently not. Ruined my favorite pair of jeans. Probably not coming back here any time soon.

DO NOT GO HERE. Not only was the wait time insanely long to get my items back, but the shop still charged me full price (after delaying my order twice) and didn't even fully clean my comforter. Biggest waste of money and time.Service: Comforter cleaning

I dropped off a brand new black cocktail dress with shades of sequence for alterations on 3/21/22. I had never worn it before. I was told to pick it up on Friday the 25th. I needed the dress for Saturday. When I picked it up there were so many mistakes that I had to purchase another dress! They offered to fix it and have it available for another date. Can you believe that? I was very disappointed and I willnever go back there again. The lady pinned up the dress so she would know where to take it in for me. When I picked the dress up it was a mess! The hems were different sizes on the sides of the dress. There's a pucker on one side, and one of the hems The hem and stitching inside of the dress was pulled apart. The dress strips of sequence they go cross at the bottom that they took it apart. The dress looked like somebody cleaned it because the color was off. I live in walking distance but unfortunately I won't be able to patronize this place again. Be careful with your expensive things maybe they can take care of cheap stuff. And it's just you're going to do cheap you may as well go with ZIPS because this place is can be pricey.

This place is horrible. Customer service is below trash and they stained a new dress that only needed steaming. She tried to blame me and say the only stain was on the dress prior to but I showed her a photo of when I tried on the dress 10 mins before I walked downstairs to get it serviced. There was no ink on the dress. The dress still has tags. It is new. Not only was the service terrible but this place is extremely overpriced. I live in the building on the side of this place and no matter how convenient, I will NEVER go back.

Waterfront Cleaners were great to use. I have had dry cleaning and alterations done here. They even cleaned my down comforter with hot chocolate spills. Great job!

$197 for 15 items and I had to wait ONE WEEK for my clothes. $12.98 to wash a simple jumper. The clerk didn’t tell me the total price of the order before I left, so I figured nbd. My clothes were bunched and wrinkled when I picked them up.An absurd wait time, an absurd price, awful service. I rather drive to Alexandria than go back here. I’m so appalled this place even exists.

Used both dry cleaning service and alteration service. Whatever you do, stay away from these guys. I have never actually been disgusted with how bad a dry cleaning service can be, but I was here. It doesn't look like they did anything to even try and dry clean my dress shirts. They look no different than when they did days ago when I dropped them off. As for the alteration, I needed 2 suit pant belt loops that were fraying to be repaired. They assured me they could get close to match the color, but it wouldn't be exact. OK, perfectly fair. When I went to pick it up, my solid, single color, light blue suit pants, now had multi color, dark blue and black, plaid patterned belt loops. Have used them for tailoring- and with the exception of one time where they happily corrected it, all have been done pretty well. Reasonable prices for dry cleaning of blankets and other items. They also have my items on time too. Women who work there are nice. Will continue to use in the future!

Came back with stains still on it and they stole my lapel. Also returned one of my business cards in my pocket by stapling it to a bag, rendering it useless.AVOID.
