This metro never opens on time I have to be to work for 5:45am and because of the lack of management and time management is one of the worst I am going to have to find an other route to work. Apparently dc transportation system done acre about the people they care about our money.

A regular underground station. Not sure if they have an elevator from the platform to the tourniquets, I used stairs.

Have used WMATA for over 15 years. Long ago, it was reliable and convenient and even slightly clean. In 2022, WMATA is quite terrible. Trash and food literally everywhere. 90% of customers bypass the entry gates. Trains every 30 minutes. An absolutely exhausting experience

As metro stations go, this one is definitely not bad. The station managers are always nice and the trains are usually running every ten minutes or less.

Great railway system. Don’t even need to use a car to get around town with this available. I wish we had these everywhere.
