Quality is poor and customer service is abysmal. Two parts of our faucet broke, and it has taken over a year to get in the queue for a replacement. The date for an estimated replacement keeps getting pushed back.

What a disappointment. This used to be the premier stone showroom in DC. Sadly, the Georgetown Waterworks staff is burned out, error prone and utterly indifferent to quality or customer service. The store is beautiful. The selection was endless. Karen was very helpful and really helped us narrow down to what would go great in our kitchen. The only fallback was price. I would recommend to anyone :)
