Utterly upset with this Wawa. I had gone in there to get a sandwich for lunch and they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I went back to tell them, they attempted to argue with me telling me it was the right sandwich. I am no culinary expert, but I sure as hell know the difference between Honey Turkey and chicken salad.

Plain disrespect. I love Wawa but man this last experience has been garbage. The lady "shanika" is just terrible. Couldn't even finish my sentence of what I want to get and she cut me off and wouldn't take my order and had me waiting for about 30 minutes.

Service this evening was terrible. All we asked is how do we order a hot chocolate, she wouldn’t explain just said we needed to pay for it first. We asked for help as it was our first time ordering and she wouldn’t help just kept giving attitude. One of the other attendants did help after he saw us struggling. We paid for it and I started to drink the hot chocolate which was cold. The attendant checked it and said we can get a refund, the girl that refused to help us then refused to give us a refund. We had to call a supervisor out who was also taking the same attitude and pretended not to know what happened. The funny thing is we had a really good experience in the afternoon with Terrance who went out of his way to help our kids out and I’m happy to give him a 5* review for his customer service but really let down by the late night crew.

Good experience for my very first time. Clean Wawa and very big place with a lot of stuff to buy. Breakfast burritos was pretty good for what you pay. 5 dollars for the egg, cheese and chicken burrito.

Place is garbage, bums everywhere outside. Only had one guy working: doing the register. Getting take out orders. Also they had such a bad tobacco choices. Place is a dump

Would give zero stars if I could. Man at the door said I could not enter and order food despite Wawa being open 24 hours. Do better.

I am the Wawa regular customer. But I had a bad experience at M street, Washington DC store. Other staff were very nice but the only one guy (the name is MATT) was very very very RUDE. The store manager should him to give a warning because he acted very rude (intentionally).

Very disrespectful and rude!!!!I had a quesadilla and it looked uncooked I asked them if they can put it back in the oven and they started to refuse saying “once I touch it they can’t take it back” so I had to insist that they remake my food the manager(African man with the glasses working early morning shift) comes over and tells me the same thing then proceeded to slam my food in the trash with an attitude then the lady that remakes my food is talking to him saying”it’s to early I’ve been here for 48 hours” that’s not my problem as they chose to work there if y’all don’t wanna work find another job simple!! next time hopefully there will be better service and ppl since there job is to hard

Alyce is the lady who's doing a great job. She should get a raise. She left everything to make the food for uber customer.You should have more people. It's not one persone job.

Poorly stocked and dirty. 6 employees sitting around talking. After you pick through their meager selection and check yourself out while hearing incessant comments from the employees standing around doing nothing, wawa self-checkout will ask if you want to give them extra money just because. What a joke.

Literally heard an employee say “we’re in no rush.” And that was after I had to raise my voice to get someone’s attention, because they act like they don’t see you.Edit: Two months later. Still consistently a bad experience when I come here.
