Lost my package and would not help

This place is extremely unreliable Ms Torres is very rude and incompetent of doing her job. She looses packages or signs them out as if the recipient picked it up. I asked for her name after she send me to another store to find my package because she said that's not her job. I was able to find her name from the ups driver that told me it was left with her. The employees are unprofessional and need to learn customer service skills that can help them do the job effectively.

This place is really convenient for dropping off packages, getting lottery tickets, grabbing a cold drink, or getting shipping supplies. I've never had an issue and find everyone who works here to be very nice and straightforward.

DO NOT USE. SOMETHING SHADY IS AFOOT. Day 1: Not a good first outing using this vendor. The hours post online and on their storefront clearly show open until 6pm. That is not the case. Wasted trip to try and retrieve my package. I'lll report back when this business. Is actually open to conduct business. Update. 2nd day trying to pick up a package I had sent here. I arrived well before their posted closing time. They again closed up long before their posted closing time. Calls to their business phone, during posted business hours, go unanswered and no voicemail box set up. The exception was the day before I had decided on this place to do with business with. Also emails to the business email address posted on their website bounce. This business is holding my package illegally. At this point it becomes thievery, and tomorrow I will file a police complaint and talk to the BBB.

black people beware i had an account here that was just closed after they attempted withhold my mail. claiming to not know where it was until i threatened to call police. their always making mistakes. attempting to charge my card for picking up my mail for each piece of mail. i reported the issue several times. as the app doesn't function properly. as there is no charge to pick up mail. these white men proceeded to tell me to eat a d**k because i was upset they lost my five thousand dollar check! be careful who yall do business with. had i not been adamant i am sure they were trying to keep my check. he then closed my account. refused to provide me proof of closure. then said he was filling a police report. i will gladly see you in court. should the police even care to entertain you. you are on video attempting to keep my mail. your employee is on video telling me to eat a penis. ni apology was offered. just disgusting service. the store is filthy with people loitering the store allday. it looks disgusting. which is right on par with the disgusting service. file your report. but my number in it so they can call me. i would love to talk to then about you too. an apology is what i deserved. shame on you.

This place is terrible. Rude employees, lost packages, and excuses for their negligence as far as the eye can see. I had a package delivered here that contained several mementos bequeathed to me by my recently deceased grandfather. I went to pick up the box a few hours after receiving notification of its arrival. Unfortunately, the box was nowhere to be seen. The employee behind the counter was indifferent and offered only a shrug as to its location. The manager with whom I spoke on the phone was no better, and no apology was ever offered nor was there any effort to determine what happened to the package. Dropping off packages here is no better--the associate behind the packing counter is loud, rude, and easily exasperated with customers who can't make sense of all of the ridiculous signage attempting to explain how this sorry excuse for a pack-and-ship center works. Packages aren't actually scanned in when they're dropped off, they just sit on a counter waiting for someone to come buy and grab whatever they want. Don't make the mistake of using this place.

Called for a simple shipping estimate for package that I had the weights and DIMS on, but was told BY THE OWNER 'My name is Scott Reuben and I don't know what you don't understand...I can't do it. I'm a one person operation with a line of customers staring at me right now. If you think you're more important than them you're wrong'. Click and he hung up. Probably the worst Customer Service experience EVER. What a terrible business and person.

We dropped off a UPS package and they lost it. Recipient never got it and UPS tracking shows it was never picked up. This is not the first time this happened to us. The management / owners were rude and dismissive and never apologized for their negligence.

There is no wonder the repeated pattern of bad reviews both from Google reviews and on here. The same lady clerk was also present and instead of actually working, she asked me to come around to her side. I was then told to compute all my information for a package I needed to get shipped. She tried to manipulate the situation even more to deceive me on the different prices and shipping formats. I was clear in my response. Even the packing she asked me to do. I was in a rush and had no time or energy to expend it on her. What would have taken more than 30 minutes got done in less than 5 minutes because I did all the work! This place is twisted and so is the female clerk that works at the counter close to 5 P.M. She pretends she does not know English but is just lying. Do not come here even out of convenience.

If I could provide zero stars I would do so. Unfortunately, I had the teller/employee inform me that she would not wait on me for 35 minutes while she took a personal phone call. As I waited, she turned around and said I could waste my time if I wanted. My jaw dropped.
