We made an appointment at the Dupont Circle branch with Jimmy to receive beneficiary funds from our aunt's account. We were coming from out of state (no Wells Fargo in Ohio), and gave him the information before arriving. We had all paperwork that the estate care team told us we needed. There were some issues with a birth date on the account, and he called the estate care team, but told us we needed our deceased aunt's birth certificate, and didn't try any further to help. After an hour and half of getting nowhere, we asked where another branch was located, and got everything done at the Farragut North branch, which had amazing service. More training needs to be done at this branch.

I use Wells for my business and I am so happy I switched. I had a very bad experience with another large bank and immediately all of my concerns with my former bank were resolved upon my first visit at wells. This location I find to be particularly professional and prompt.

I visited this branch to get a temporary card and the personal banker- Corey J.- was SO helpful in not just getting my card but also helping me with my other accounts and taking time to hear the issues and offer me helpful insights on resolutions! I left feeling motivated and ready to pay all my debts! THANKS COREY & Wells Fargo!!!
