I had an excellent experience at Wells Fargo. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing great advice and a wide range of services. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and great value financial products. Five stars!

We made an appointment at the Dupont Circle branch with Jimmy to receive beneficiary funds from our aunt's account. We were coming from out of state (no Wells Fargo in Ohio), and gave him the information before arriving. We had all paperwork that the estate care team told us we needed. There were some issues with a birth date on the account, and he called the estate care team, but told us we needed our deceased aunt's birth certificate, and didn't try any further to help. After an hour and half of getting nowhere, we asked where another branch was located, and got everything done at the Farragut North branch, which had amazing service. More training needs to be done at this branch.

I use Wells for my business and I am so happy I switched. I had a very bad experience with another large bank and immediately all of my concerns with my former bank were resolved upon my first visit at wells. This location I find to be particularly professional and prompt.

I visited this branch to get a temporary card and the personal banker- Corey J.- was SO helpful in not just getting my card but also helping me with my other accounts and taking time to hear the issues and offer me helpful insights on resolutions! I visited this branch to get a temporary card and the personal banker- Corey J.- was SO helpful in not just getting my card but also helping me with my other accounts that had fallen behind in payments to collections. Corey took the time to hear about my issues and offered me helpful insights on resolutions! I left feeling motivated and optimistic that I could get this handled and cleared! THANKS COREY & thanks Wells Fargo for hiring Corey as he's the perfect example of Customer Service!!!!

I really have mixed feelings about Wells Fargo writ large but I think its worth reviewing how helpful this particular branch is. For context, we generally moved most our accounts out of WF because of what has been going on with the bank lately but we have one just in case since there are branches everywhere. This branch is actually pretty nice, welcoming, and convenient. They have two notary publics on staff and ever since 2014 the tellers have all been friendly and helpful. The "worst" experience I've had is literally that I had to wait over 20 minutes to see the notary public yesterday and left and just came back today. I didn't have to wait today... so worst case scenario you call ahead of time. I still feel hesitant about a 5 star rating for WF but you know what this branch, from what I see, actually deserves it.
