I left my debit card here by mistake after using the ATM - staff was kind enough to notice and hold it safely for me. When I came to return to pick it up a few days later I watched another customer treat them incredibly rudely and they maintained their professionalism and were polite in helping the person. Specifically Khadidiatou was incredibly helpful and kind.

They treated me like a second class citizen. I been with wells Fargo, for over twenty years. I had everything I needed to withdraw my money out the bank, and the manager, Stephanie, still continued asking me questions about my account, even after she had my ID ,she asked me if I had my bank card, and I did. It was the worst experience I ever had with wellsFargo. I will be looking for another bank.

I also had a great experience with Ramona, with a more than normal complicated situation with required out of the box thinking, and a general desire to help the customer. Ramona was fabulous, and based on this, Wells Fargo will get more of my business.

I came to actually close my account, but the Branch Associate - Ramona - was so sweet, friendly and helpful, I decided to stick around. So sometimes good customer service does keep customers!

A mortgage sales associate - Karen McLaughlin is very unprofessional and doesn't know what she is doing! She is rude, and was very impatient with my questions!!! Very stuck up - she makes you feel like she is too good to work there, and your questions are not valid. If she is too good, then why don't she quit, rather than be rude to customers. And why would Wells Fargo allow such employees to work there?! I won't be using Wells Fargo for my mortgage needs!!
