Absolutely insane that Wells Fargo locks access to the ATMs after 5pm and on weekends. Garbage branch, deserves to be shut down.

The staff at the bank were polite. However, the banker I met with didn’t even know the bank policy I wanted to address. Instead of a meeting that should have taken at most 10 minutes, I had to prompt the banker and pushback and this extended the day. He eventually called their help line to be directed how to complete the transaction. And it still wasn’t correct and I yet needed to direct him further on how to make the transaction. It’s unfortunate, he didn’t understand how policies work to the communication recently provided to me from the bank. I was earnestly taken back and disappointed. Despite that he thanked me for my patience, I was still disappointed that he may be not informing customers correctly. His firm, “no,” to me at the beginning really told me that he is not willing to listen to customers or understand how processes work. His first comment was that he can put in a complaint. That actually wasn’t the issue. The issue was that he didn’t understand the letter or the policy. I’ve banked with WF for a couple dozen years. However, as of recent, I can’t trust the bankers. There have been more times than not, that I’ve had to train the bankers on what needs to be done. And then they call the helpline to obtain the concurrence that they just don’t know. The helpline staff appear to know the policies and procedures. It may be time I find another bank… One where I can trust the bankers & that they actually know the policies and understand customer service.

ATM vestibule card reader does not work at all. This ATM vestibule is completely inaccessible unless the bank itself is open. Basics, Wells Fargo, basics. Wasting my time.

This is the second time I have come to this location after hours to use the ATM and me and another customer could not get in. It is a 24 hr ATM location but the card reader does not work "AT ALL". This needs to be fixed it is super inconvenient... Sheesh!!!???

The Manager Manuel Pineros is extremely rude and does not even know the policies of his bank. I had to make a call and escalate to corporate just to be allowed to make a cash deposit into a business account.

Awful bank, I have never experienced such bad customer service and lack of willing to assist. I regret so much the day I decided to have a bank account with you. THE WORSE!!!!

Convenient Location, Very Clean & Upbeat Tellers! As Soon As You Walk In Immediately Greeted At The Front & Quick Tellers! Currently A Bit Hidden Due To The On Going Construction Around The Building, So Keep Your Eyes On The Sidewalk It's A Bit Rocky But Has No Effect On The Bank Location

I don't live or work near this Wells Fargo location but had to drop off an apartment application nearby so I stopped here for a money order. India was really nice and super helpful. But, the funny thing is that I forget my lunchbox on the counter. Although I felt like a big dork for having to call the bank to ask if they had my lunch, the staff were all really sweet about the whole thing. Props Wells Fargo.
