Wish I could give them a 0. Walked into the branch to do a deposit. Was acknowledged by the banker while the 2 tellers weren’t helping anybody continued to ignore me. I stood there for a few minutes since I have worked in the banking industry for over 15 years so I know sometimes you could be doing something but still no we will be right with you, NOTHING. Finally went to the ATM to make my deposit and that’s when he gentlemen told me the lady can help me. AFTER I STOOD THERE AND WAITED THEN WALKED AWAY…HORRIBLE!!!

I was experienceing multiple issues with my account after signing up online. After 2 weeks of less than par service i was ready to drop my account. As my last hoorah i decided to give the New york & 14th branch a chance and it surely restored my faith in wells fargo. Mr. Sherbek Salidjanov took his time to go step by step to relieve the miriad of roadblocks i seemed to be facing. Mohaamed Sneyba pitched in as well and I am sure the entirety of the wellsfargo entity cannot produce a better team than the team I just finished working with not 10 minutes ago. You guys deserve cudos and compensation for the way you handle your clients, thank you.

I attempted to discuss an account problem with a banker here and they did nothing to understand the problem (that Wells Fargo caused without informing me) and only attempted to act as if I know nothing about how basic banking works. I said fine I'll just call customer service and they said no we can solve it and we continued to have the same runaround conversation that accomplished nothing. I said again I can just call customer service and they said fine do that. I don't understand the purpose of in-person branches when they can't even solve a basic account issue.

This bank is very nice. The first thing I notice when I walk in. They keep the heat up when it's cold out. Then as I enter the main areacI am greeted by a nice gentleman. And the staff is very informative and very helpful. They treat you like a human being and they are extremely friendly. Amazing staff. Overall I would say this one is the best Wells-Fargo Bank in the area. Love it!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. They apologized for my wait twice even though it was really minimal. Branch is also well kept and nice and warm on cold days. Will definitely return.

I recently needed to do banking transaction that required more attention than what is available online, or at an ATM. As I usually prefer the control one feels one has in doing something her/himself, I had put the task off until I finally just had to do it. But the service that Camille Meeks, Customer Sales and Service Rep. provided was so attentive, thorough and good, I know that when I am going to work with her in the future I will not procrastinate, because I can be sure she will do a great job. Thanks Camille.
