The ATMS at this location are never open despite the sign saying they're accessible from 6am to 8pm daily. I've now called 4 times and Wells Fargo refuses to address the issue. I've been on hold with Tasha now for 36 minutes. I regret switching to Wells Fargo.

There are only two WellsFargo locations in NW DC where I've consistently gotten courteous service: 15xU and Dunbar. Personal bankers are available, present and polite (a stark difference with the Calvert and Tivoli locations)

My experience in this branch is always positive. I do most of my account transactions online. But when I need to use the branch the machines work as expected, and during business hours there is also staff to help along.

Manager Preston William and his crew always help me with everything I request from them, always a smile, always nice with my dog, always helpfull. Today I came with a problem in my bank account, which showed less money I expected, the manager spend 45 minutes with me explain me all the account movements, advising me how to manage the debit card, how to avoid unexpected charges, how to improve the security of my account. Printing all my movements. It was awesome how he works. Thanks guys you just make my day!!

The one time I've needed a banker and not only will you get the most impersonal experience at this bank, but it will also be completely nonprivate. The banker "offices" are nothing more than an outcove behind the atms. So of course anyone at the atms could hear about your delicate situations. Which are often not fully functional.

The worst branch of Wells Fargo I've ever been. Waiting 20 minutes to tell me it will be another 45 minutes to get notary. Really Wellls Fargo?!!

2 ATMs not taking deposits and 1 out of service. What's the point of having no tellars if I can't go to my own bank to do basic things.
