Just had the most infuriating experiences with who I assume was the Branch Manager. We walked in to open accounts for our teenagers. It’s impossible to make an appointment because they aren’t open on Saturdays and we work for a living (imagine that). We were sitting with a banker getting the process started and a gentleman walked in. The banker we were with told us that she should take that gentleman because he had an appointment. It seemed odd for them to ask us to wait again after we were already in progress, but we got up because she said he would be quick, it was just a wire transfer. Once we got up, we then overheard her tell the gentleman she was surprised that he was so late. So we got up for someone who was late for their
appointment? That’s not even the worst part. While we were sitting there, the Branch Manager comes out and tells us that since there are more appointments coming in, that we cannot be seen at all. He basically told us to leave. I let him know that we were already being helped and had extended a courtesy thinking we would still be able to finish our business, but he let us know that that was not going to happen. So my teenagers had to witness this unfair treatment and it was not lost on them that the person they chose to accommodate was white and we are not. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since they took over Wachovia. Today, my loyalty to them didn’t matter. He didn’t try to help us make an appointment. He had been without a customer since we walked in, but insisted that people were coming and that meant we couldn’t be helped. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo.

Very professional staff at this location! My wife and I went 10 minutes before they close and we had complicated request, but Kebron and Mohamed showed real professionalism and patience until our issue was resolved! Thank you guys!!!

My local bank for the past few years. Has a nice parking area, a drive thru ATM, an inside ATM that is accessible 24/7 with a WF debit card, and a standard teller lobby on the inside. The setup of this particular location is very convenient for customers within the local neighborhood. Despite the recent abuses by the bank, I'm happy to bank with them. Ive never really had a negative experience. In fact, they have quickly caught fraud on my credit card and instituted security measures. The level of resources dedicated for these kinds of services is what makes me hesitant to switch to a smaller bank or credit union.

Had one notarizing experience with them and they were excellent ! Banking-wise I can say they are always empty And available I only tried some some money exchange with them and they were more than welcoming! So deserving 5 stars

I always receive top notch service at this branch. I've never had a line longer than 2 people. They have a parking lot as well as a drive through atm and drive through banking
