Today I visited the 5701 Connecticut Avenue NW branch for the second time, the first time to deposit a check and the second time to get a cashier's check. Both times the teller I spoke with did not know how to do it, and no one at the branch was senior enough to authorize it. Both times they said they had to call another branch (where apparently no one was authorized the either) so they told me to wait another 45 minutes or use the atm. The second time I didn't stick around long enough for them to continue wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble.

Terrible service. I have to make a special trip to Connecticut Avenue branch to correct their error. After promising to call me this morning, banker failed to call. The Do not advise doing businesses with WelsFEgo

Worst service ever. I was on the drive through line for more than 10 minutes, and not one car moved. People left without being helped, and so did I.

I totally miscounted the amount of money I was trying to break, and the store had to do a drawer recount because of it. Although it was my error, Jonathan and a female consultant kept a positive attitude the whole time and went out their way to ensure I felt the situation was resolved.

I'm a client of Wells Fargo, and have always been grateful for their notary service. Not anymore! Alas! Not even improving, but at least maintaining the level of the services provided to their clients is definitely not what this bank cares for. At least, not the one at Connecticut Ave. They refused to notarized my signature with literally zero other clients present at that moment, referring to "the new policy", which I, as their client, had never been informed of. Disappointing.

Very rude assistant manager. Refused simple, not expensive service and said they only work with known customers.
