Multiple occasions of disappointing experience at this branch due to incredibly slow and unprofessional customer service. Frustratingly long wait times and lack of efficiency. Staff at this location don’t know what they are doing and have a nasty attitude.

Slowest branch ever!!!!! Don't go here if you don't have three hours to spare just for the teller line. Slowest workers ever. I just can't.

It was quiet and small. Wasn't busy and I guess because when I went the inside was close. They have 2 drive thru ATMs but not sure if they have a drive thru teller service.

Bad administration. No feedback. Cancelled my appointment without informing me when reached at the branch. Poor performance. Helpline never answers. I will not recommend Wells Fargo

Drove 1.5 miles through the city. Arrived at 4:35pm. Website says closes at 5pm.2 people inside of the bank. Doors are closed.After a knock - one of the employees comes out and says “sorry bro, only ATM, no tellers”.Thank you Wells Fargo for wasting my time and gas. Update the website at least. It is 2023.

One teller working. Nine people in line. After 10 minutes and not moving an inch, I had to leave without completing my transaction. I suppose I'll have to find a branch in a predominantly white neighborhood in the hopes that it will be fully staffed.

The customer service in this bank is ridiculous. There are only 2 tellers in the bank every time i come in here so the line becomes very long. The tellers have no enthusiasm as if they even like their job. The bank manager he is not attentive to his employees or customers using this location. He walks around with his head in his phone. The service manager always has a attitude . You stand in line for 20 min plus & the tellers don’t even give the courtesy to apologize for the wait in line! Management needs a change. ASAP
