I had an appointment at 3:00pm, and 4pm, got there at 2:58, Matthew Akinmukomi was working with a customer, ok cool, sitting speaking with corporate because this was the first Wells Fargo that didn’t have a bathroom for customers, but when I found out about why they don’t allow customers to use there bathroom cool. Now here it is, 7 minutes past, no hi Mam, nothing. I’m finishing up with this customer I’ll be with you or nothing. I’m like sir, are you the one working with me at 3? He says yes, still no customer service. Finally at 3:13, he’s done, I’m literally having to go over, the other customer literally thinks it’s funny while they on my time , my appointment at 3, she literally took my appointment and hers, I would never recommend nobody to this Branch ever.

Hello all! This location isn't my Home Branch however I must say that I was greeted warmly by everyone and I recieved speedy ,courteous and efficient customer service! I will be coming back. Thanks to the Staff,Job Well Done!

I must say this is one of my favorite branches at the moment.
Stopped by to work on my bank account and I received excellent customer service from Milligrade.
She fixed and updated my account.
She deserves a 10-star for her work.

Opening the account was fine until it came time for my card and pun number to be delivered. The pun number is made up by the bank and you have to wait for it to come in the mail. Mines never came they are unable to track it and I had to go into the bank to make my own. I had no problem with that and continued doing business with them until my deposits that should be cleared the same day are not. I would not recommend them when you can use cash app or any other prepaid card and get your money as soon as you deposit it.

This branch is horrible! I went in today to retrieve a document that was sent by to the branch from the online Wells Fargo banker. They always seem to be confused and don't really go the extra mile to provide good customer service. It's always I can't do this or I can't do that instead of ma'am let me see how I can help you . This is the second time I have come to this branch to take care of this matter and I keep getting the run around! I am definitely transferring all of my accounts out of this bank. To think I have been a loyal customer for 20 plus years. I find it disgusting that I can't get the service that I expect. It's 4:25pm and the guy says well I can probably check my email to see if I have it but I have to be honest I may not be able to do it before 5pm because he is counting money! Wtf. Are you serious. I have a 13000 wire transfer that I have been trying to find out what happened to it for two months. Been getting the run around from Wells Fargo since then. No follow through on their part! It's horrible! Go to a Wells Fargo in a more affluent part of town. You get better service. This branch is not good. The last time I came in for this matter they had me to wait 30 minutes only to bring me a number to call. Lord! It can't be this hard. Mind you there are five people behind the counter.

Just don't ever use Wells Fargo. They are experts at human error because they cash out on your mistakes every time. I was so ahead of their interest rate with my payments( mainly because I know how to play the game) they decided to stop sending the statements. So even though my min payments were $45 to start with....I made ghost payments of 50$ before my due date and somehow....I have an additional fee I am unaware of including in my minimum payments so end up having a late fee for like 8$ unpaid from the last payment. Still no bill. So I call and complain about these fees I never seen. All they could say was check the post office. They may have my statements. They also lied and said we didn't have a unite on your address when I got previous statements with the unit visible. 3days later.....a statement comes with another late fee after the operator said she was going to wave it for the confusion. Smh. This is just 1 incident. My friend could tell you more BS they do.

Quite a Tiny Branch, but I have nothing really negative to say about it. Except for the company, which seems hell-bent and determined to offer shity customer service, but at least the people at the branch or nice
