Rite Aid in this location used to be great. Ever since it became Walgreens, it has gone downhill. Drugs not in stock, vaccine appointments during Covid not honored, long lines, inadequate staffing, prescriptions mysteriously cancelled. Go elsewhere until they staff and stock it properly.

Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable cashier (serving November 18 evening), also well stocked store, most of the time I find there what I need.

Is ok but is better to go to cvs homeless people beg to to buy things and follow you outside...Frozen food is ahead bad and priced wrong,is always more when you get to the register.If you have any questions,they do not speak English well enough to answer them and help you.I advise to order online,it's cheaper.

Waited over an hour for vaccinations for my kids today. We had 11:30 and 11:45 appointments and they did not get called back until 12:45. The pharmacy was not overly busy and we didn't get any updates or explanations on what was taking so long. Hard to see what point of an appointment is if you're going to wait over an hour.

Seems like they over charge you from what the tag says then when you get up to the register. The customer service there is bad. It's like when you ask for help they have an attitude or ignore you. I stopped going to that store even though it's close to my place

I feel I gotta warn people about this place.Be prepared to wait an hour if you send a prescription here. COVID shots are worse. I showed up for an appointment and they told me they called to reschedule (they didn't). One lady got pretty animated insisting she called.Then they told me people under 65 aren't allowed to get a 4th shot. This is obviously a lie, but I didn't bother fighting it since it was clear they had no intention of giving me my shot.This pharmacy should be shut down. Avoid if possible.

The pharmacy is less than helpful. Told me that a prescription medication was over the counter. Both my insurance and my doctor indicated opposite. The pharmacist lady would not listen to that point.

Terrible service at the pharmacy.My husband and myself made an appointment at this location for a Covid booster. We also received our confirmation. When we arrived we were told to go to another location because they didn't have any boosters or our reservation. The two women were less than helpful. We located the store manager and he called the head of the pharmacy rescheduled us for next week. Don't trust making an appointment here!

Waited 20 minutes for a photo pickup that was "ready" to find out that the printer had been broken for days and that it had not actually been printed. Slow, terrible customer service

The service at this store is awful! It is as if all the staff is on tranquilizers. Everything from the pharmacy to the checkout. They should just make this place self checkout for everything it would be a drastic improvement in service quality. If you need to interact with humans at your pharmacy, don't come here.

One of the most ridiculous pharmacy fails in recent history. This is a third-world operation where appointments mean nothing, waits are interminable, mistakes are routine and quality is out of the question. To call it a joke is to insult all joke operations everywhere. Avoid like the plague. Raze it, sow the field with salt, curse and hex it, and let it be known to generations of man as a place of great and enduring incompetence and sorrow.

They are slow and always a line. Even if they tell you to pick your script up at a certain time it is never ready. Always "another 15 minutes", not long enough to go home and just long enough to shop for stuff you did not intend to buy. This happens EVERY time.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PHARMACY! My girlfriend tried to call to see if her prescription called in earlier that day was ready. After waiting 20 minutes, I told her I would go check at the store. Waited in 10 minute line because they were understaffed. Was told prescription was not ready, but I could wait there. After 40 minute wait, I asked what the status was. I was told they called the WRONG NAME 30 minutes earlier, even though I told the pharmacist the name and the correct name was on the label. The pharmacist was unapologetic, and indicated I should have checked earler, instead of the staff checking with whose prescription I was waiting for. Go two blocks to the CVS at DuPont Circle instead of wasting your time at this Walgreens.
