As someone visiting from out of town, this Walgreen’s has horrible customer service for Western Union services. I am posting to request that someone from corporate review the footage from today around 4pm to gain perspective of the issue. (Involved included: The manager, 2 workers, and security guard)

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Rude people and the absolute slowest service I've ever experienced. I was in the drive through and at the window 10 minutes before they closed and someone closed the window in my face before I could pick up my prescription. Pharmacy is only open during working hours so how are people that have normal hour jobs supposed to pick up prescriptions?? I would avoid this Walgreens at all costs!

NEGATIVE TEN STARS. This has by far been the worst pharmacy experience I have ever dealt with. If I had known the type of negligence performed here, I would have RAN in the opposite direction. I went to the ER for kidney stones and was given 7 prescriptions that were detrimental to my speedy recovery. I spoke to a pharmacy clerk last night who told me I was good to go and that my scripts would be available first thing in the morning. I get here and nothing! They asked for my birthday 7 times and my name 5 different times, between the tech and the doctor, who barely seemed like he knew what he was doing. Pulled up all the wrong information and prescriptions. THEN, told me that my tricare wasn't valid and they were unable to fill my meds. HOW DO YOU NOT CALL AND LET SOMEONE KNOW THIS VITAL PIECE OF INFORMATION. I literally have a crystallized stones tearing up my damn kidney and y'all didn't think this was important to tell me!?!? Thank goodness I also have insurance through my job. Finally they seem to scramble to find my information between 4 freaking people and then tell me that'll be 30 minutes until my stuff is ready. I don't think I can ever return to a civilian pharmacy again. Back to all the bases I go. Walgreens, Shame on you for hiring people who don't care about the consequences on patients for their negligent and flippant behavior to not doing things properly or correctly. Y'all might have a lawsuit on your hands before you know it, and I can't say y'all won't deserve it.

Horrible service. Black people beware you will be sent to the back of the line for others at the pharmacy. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This location has solidified that I will never frequent another Walgreens.

Waited in drive thru for over 30 mins for medication. No explanation as to what was the hold up. Awful service.

This rating reflects my experience with the pharmacy department this morning as i waited on the phone for over 30 minutes, disconnected twice, and no one from pharmacy ever picked up. i drove over to store, stood in line of 3 for almost another 30 minutes while one of the three people in the pharmacy area waited on counter and window. Finally made it to the counter only to be TERSELY told there were no Moderna boosters available today and to call to see when they might come in. Response to my saying why call - you don't answer the phone, was we are busy (including the 2 doing nothing while we stood in line. All this despite the TV ad blitz for booster shot availability at Walgreens. Sat in car on parking lot, called Walgreens Pharmacy in Chinatown - phone picked up immediately, drove there, and received booster shot in less than 30 minutes including needed paperwork. This walgreens is within walking distance of my residence, but never again with this pharmacy department - need better training and customer service approach.

UNSANITARY!!! The pharmacist Priscilla does not sanitize her hands between patients. She said store policy does not require employees to clean their hands if they're wearing gloves. I reminded her we're in the middle of a global pandemic and that her actions are unacceptable and contributes to the spread of COVID.It's unbelievable that a licensed pharmacist could not comprehend the simple concept of hand hygiene. Waiting to hear back from the store manager on this "policy." I will also be reporting this incident to the pharmacy board.ETA: I woke up in a panic this morning thinking about the incident from yesterday. How does a pharmacist not know to clean her hands between patients??? Just think of all the contaminated surfaces she's touched throughout the day and then she turns around and touches people. A SUPERSPREADER! She should be ashamed. Walgreens should be ashamed. This is honestly giving me PTSD.
