In addition to the delivery of medicines being so slow, the staff is so unfriendly and despotic that it is seen that they work by force or for money, not by vocation.Remember that having health insurance does not mean that we do not pay.A smile, a good morning or afternoon is nothing more than serving the public, calling the medications by name and sending “true” alerts also gives credibility to the clinic.

Good afternoon... I made a call yesterday to refill my prescription through the phone; I did not have my refill numbers with me. When I called at around 5:00pm; I was put in que with 2 people ahead of me. I waited for approx 25 minutes before I was disconnected. And now today; I am on the phone now waiting to be serviced; I had a initially had 4 people in que ahead of me; and now I have 5 people ahead of me. This starting to really to become a annoyance and aggravating. Can you all please fix this issue? After coming to the pharmacy for a couple years; it seems the customer service is non existent when your trying to get help on the phone; and i don't want to have to keep physically coming to the pharmacy just get my prescriptions filled.

the worst pharmacy ever. I have been hung up on several times and when I called back was hung up on and not even sent to voicemail. I absolutely hate this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. as someone who needs their medication for quality of life this is the worst place I could’ve gone. Save your time and energy and go to a regular pharmacy

I called and was immediately put on hold without talking to anyone. 10 minutes later, still listening to the same looped music.

The worst most inefficient pharmacy in the world. I pulled all but one prescription and moved them all over to Safeway at 490 L -- never had a problem or an issue. The only person who knows what they are doing and or seems to care is the onsite manager but be prepared to go the extra mile to get in touch with them. A friend who moved here will be doing the same. They have messed him about with their inefficiency (come on folks it's not rocket science to manage prescriptions) and after showing incredible patience he is finally ready to throw in the towel. I did warn him but he never anticipated it being this bad. You literally cannot write this stuff -- it's like a conspiracy to make your life miserable. Hire an IT person/s who knows what they are doing (it's 2023 not 1992) and a staff that knows how to manage it.. and get your system sorted once and for all. We are talking about people's health here and in concept the Whitman Walker organization has done and is doing wonderful things.

Was told by staff "we only have your prescription available if you pay for an appointment with one of our doctors. We are out of stock if you use the prescription you have from an outside doctor".

Constantly put on hold for long periods of time and hanging up on callers!! Phone won’t even go through at times. IF you actually get to talk to someone, great service.

This place is an embarrassment to DC's LGBTQ community. I've been a patient since 2014. The doctors are great. Literally every other aspect is an issue. Good luck getting a person on the phone. Expect to sit on hold for at least 20-40 minutes just get through to someone. Calls are routed through a call center based out of Florida. You should also expect to also wait an extremely long time for both your appointment and then again for lab work. I have an issue with the pharmacy almost every time I need to refill my prescription. Missing medication, the wrong quantity, delivery and billing issues, etc. The manager, Amanda is rude and condescending. My most recent experience will likely be my last. I reached out requesting the doctor refill my prescriptions. Several days later I got a call saying I needed to make an appointment. I reached out and Nicole Tillman told Dr. Clark had no availability. I asked if I could see another provider and was told no, I would need to follow up when I could come in before 4:20. I submitted feedback and someone followed up, saying I was misinformed. I was then able to schedule a later appointment with another provider. I plan on relocating soon, otherwise I would find another provider in Washington, DC. Going here is not worth the mental or physical stress.

I wish there was more funding going towards bettering the pharmacy. The constant putting people on hold for long periods of time, hanging up on callers, and not filling prescriptions on time, not delivering medications on time, is so unfortunate and kind of sad. The look of the pharmacy is great but the service is what’s suffering the most. People need their medications so it’s such a let down.

Some great doctors, horrible office staff and management. You will have so many headaches from the incompetence, not worth it
