Went inside this store today and felt discriminated against by a person who stated he was the manager of the store Fassial I believe I what his name tag said, because he refused to help me and figure out what to take off my ticket that required cash as opposed to the EBT card I was using, I had to leave all my groceries. I will be filing a complaint with City about your manager not wanting to help because I was using a EBT card. The attitude in this store has to be some of the worst in the city!!!!

Great organic supermarket. A bit overpriced but can actually find great stuff here.Totally recommended!Extra: please go through the cookie section on first floor, it's amazing!

Not very family-friendly. It doesn’t have any grocery carts that a kid can sit in unlike any other grocery store I know in the area. When I asked the manager to help me figure out a way that I could shop with my toddler without these kind of carts he didn’t seem very interested in finding a solution. Also, the staff here is less friendly than other Whole Foods in the area, where they are great

Convenient location, good range of products. There is ready-made food and a very nice selection of hot dishes. You can take it home, or you can eat right in the store, there are tables. If you pay in cash, be prepared to stand in line. It's much easier with a card.

The store is okay, but the customer service makes me think twice about duping at this location. My most recent experience with Swathai was so bad that I won't be shopping at this location any longer.

Small whole foods at GWU. Lots of ready made food/ hotbar. Small regular grocery downstairs, has all the basics. Lots of self checkouts, few full service. Easy Amazon pickup and drop off.

I love how fully stocked this Whole Foods always is, which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. Young lady who worked the customer service desk on 1/12/2024 at 5:30pm should perhaps be given a different job, she did NOT want to be there. I came in to inquire about returning an item that I had delivered from Whole Foods (not Amazon fresh) via Amazon. At first she said I can’t do it unless I have a paper receipt, then she said she can’t do anything because it was through Amazon and I need to call them first. After a google search I understand what she was trying to say but she could have explained it better and with less attitude. I gave up on returning the item and said I would just keep it but I was holding a heavy water case and I ended up also picking up the correct replacement for the item I came to return. When I asked her if there’s any way I could just check out with her since it’s only 2 items she said no at first. I explained that the water case was heavy and it would really help me if I could check out here and she finally agreed to help me check out but of course she had to let me know that that’s not her job right now but she will help me just this time. Overall felt like I was begging this woman to do her job. For someone working customer service she really wasn’t in the mood to service any customers. Disappointing.
