Used to be awesome! Quality and variety have diminished over the past 5-7 years. E.g. This morning I was stoked to see sautéed (maybe braised?) kale with mushrooms on the hot bar. Now I'm home and eating it and there is so much grit in it that I literally can't eat it. Real grit, as in dirt, grinding between my teeth. I can't believe how much money I paid to eat dirt. Another low point on whole foods' slow decent.

Feels like management purposefully ignores people or responds slowly to make a point. They clearly hate processing returns. Unfortunately I have to use this location, but I’ve only had neutral or negative experiences with staff… thanks Amazon

The fact that they have a lounge area really sets off the VIBE... New level of shopping and eating.

Not sure who's managing this place, but quality of customer service is absolutely low. Employees are unhelpful especially when it comes to Amazon return line. Hope the manager wakes up and provides a bit of leadership to this sinking ship.

the customer service here needs to be studied. when i ask an employee where something is i’m told to ask someone else. when I get to the checkout, i’m not greeted but witness the cashier interacting with every other employee instead.

Definitely not the friendliest. The online shoppers, literally every single one I passed by complained how "lazy people are" "they need to come get their sh*t themselves, lazy a**es" just WOW was even afraid of asking for help so I left to go up to the Giant up the street. NEVER coming back.

Produce is pretty good and the staff puts out a good effort to be helpful. Would be nice to have a few chechouts open instead of the bare minumum. You can always count on a healthy wait at checkout time.

Improvements in the following: 1) overall, employees need more training, for instance to identify produce, something as basics as cilantro; 2) freshness of meats (I purchased some ribs and spoiled within a few days; 3) attentive to patrons when working as a cashier instead of socializing with other employees - my family and I have no problem about employees socializing just do some when on break or not on the "clock"

I normally dont put reviews on google but this particular whole foods left me an my wife feeling racially profiled by the security there. we recently moved to the neighborhood an found it convienent to have a market close by an run out to pick out something. we went as a couple an got sum items an sum beer an got my other items bagged except my beer. we are walking by a whole staff an uniformed security an nobody checks me for my beer. when, im assuming a security officer in plain clothes hollers to get my attention and approaches me an asks if i payed for my case. my wife responded by saying we were in the reg. 7 . i had a receipt in my wallet an didnt think much of it. my wife is african american and im hispanic. im honest an realize misjudgement is something that happens in that line of work however when we were leaving my wife tells me she has seened that man several times before an he even saw her pick up one of the items in the isle before we checked out. so that would mean he followed us to see if we stole the beers. we clearly had shopping bags labeled whole foods and its not like he asked for my receipt. my bottom line is i dont like my wife or i being racially profiled while doing normal things like shopping. my wife an i will now have to look for other alternatives to get our groceries. too bad, because it was convienient but hey, thats life!?????

To the younger black undercover police officer that secret shops your attitude is terrible! We gave me a very bad look after I guess I saw that he was an undercover. You can save all the tough looks and mugs for a cup of coffee!Whole Foods you can do better also as that type of energy will drive away customers!

I recently had a frustrating experience at Whole Foods, primarily due to the abysmal customer service provided by the Amazon Locker associate. It's disheartening when a supposedly premium grocery store falls short on basic service standards. My encounter with the Amazon Locker associate was nothing short of disappointing. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also displayed a complete lack of interest in assisting customers. When I approached them with a question about retrieving a package, they seemed more engrossed in their personal conversation than addressing my concern. It's concerning that such a crucial service point within the store is manned by someone who evidently lacks both professionalism and customer service skills. Moreover, the associate's knowledge about the Amazon Locker system was questionable at best. I left feeling more confused than when I arrived, as their explanations were vague and unhelpful. It's frustrating when you're relying on a service like this, and the person responsible for managing it appears indifferent and uninformed. This experience has left me questioning the overall commitment to customer service at Whole Foods. I expect better from a store that prides itself on providing a premium shopping experience. Until improvements are made in the Amazon Locker associate's demeanor and knowledge, I'm hesitant to rely on this service or recommend Whole Foods to others.
