It seemed that no matter where I called I had no luck, when I called AAMCO on Pulaski highway they answered right away, were very clear and professional and handled everything while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I genuinely feel like I have an understanding of the issue and service performed.

Got a trans flush. I put a lot of miles on my car. Usually averaging 3-5k a month. Prices weren't bad. But I often get guys try to add on things my car doesn't need simply because I'm female. They didn't do that here. Which I appreciate. Service was fast and I noticed a difference right away after the flush, which let's me know they actually did it! You would be surprised how many shops say they do things but don't.
My only issue and it's a slighted one is that you are a business, keep your political views to yourself. Your job is to serve the customer and their vehicles, idgaf who you voted for.
Overall, my next flush, I will be back.

I will recommend AAmoco to all of my friends. The CS experience was great. They communicated throughout the time they were fixing my car and explained what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. Now my car is running wonderfully and I'm very happy. They get a 20. Thanks again John.

I took my car to AAMCO on Kirkwood Hwy for shock service they did an outstanding job with very little cost . I recommend them totally !!

All they interested in is telling you that they are going to run diagnostics on your car. I send my car to them and they told me they have run diagnostics, I said OK because I felt that was the right thing to do, then they called me again and said they couldn't find the problem so they have run another detailed diagnostics that will cost me another $250, I was desperate so I gave them the go ahead. The total cost with fixing it was $1550. I took the car away and I encountered the same problem and send it back to them and they arrogantly told me to pay another money for diagnostics before they even take the car in
