I recently graduated from the massage therapy program and overall I had a phenomenal experience. Great teachers, happy students and very caring admin staff. I would highly recommend this school for either massage therapy or aesthetics.

The Academy of Massage and Bodywork was exactly what I was looking for when it came to a massage school. The teachers were not only excellent at what they did and knowledgeable, but wanted to get to know each student on a personal level. Through class time and hands on training in the lab and clinic time; AMB not only prepared me to pass the MBLEx but also gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to work as a massage therapist after graduation. I would recommend this school to anyone seriously interested in massage therapy as their next career. You won’t regret it.

My teacher jojo was great she did everything in her power to teach us things a thousand times if we asked! However I feel like her capabilities we're truly limited due to the lack of support that she had from upper staff.Jojo often Brought her own supplies to teach us certain things, or we pitched in as a class to get the things so that we could learn things that were not there for us to learn. Also, when starting school in the class there were things promised to us such as kits and there was never explanation on why. I feel like for the amount of money that a lot of us had to pay for out of cash was not worth it, but the teacher was she made it worth a while.

The staff was excellent and they really want to see the students excell in their career choice. I felt confident in my new career choice upon completion. I highly recommend Academy of Massage and Body Work for the Massgae and Aesthetician program.

teachers were great, loved the in-depth courses. owner Elsa is very rude, talks down to people and also tells her students they’ll be unsuccessful, does not have empathy for unfortunate life circumstances, not accommodating. I noticed she would single me out, and discriminate against me. has no sense of urgency to send transcripts out for certifications/licensing.

Small classes. Individual attention. Instructors who truly care. I can speak from personal experience through COVID and personal issues. Still having the best experience! I love school and I look forward to it every day. Learning is fun here. I enjoy every moment in massage, anatomy and clinic.
