Even when he was the only person in the store, and he was pressured by another customer he kept calm and accommodative

We have been a customer of AT&T for over 20 years. The former manager of the Bear DE store (Brett) said I would only be charged $25 per month if I had 4 lines. So I did it. I added a line I didn’t need. My monthly bill went from $140 to $450. In addition he added another line on. Samsung phone which I’ve never had. I went in the store 5/22/25 to try to unravel this mess. It was Jorge who discovered the additional line & phone. Jorge connected me with Pamela in Cancellations who was able to cancel 2 lines. I had to keep one line I don’t need as I would face a $630 charge to cancel the line as it was under contract so I’m stuck there. Brett assured me he would fix the costs in Sept on 9/28/24 as he was moving to a VA store. He didn’t! Jorge was awesome and knew exactly what to do! Kudos to Jorge!

The manager Jorge was friendly and professional. He was working by himself but he acknowledged me and apologize for the delay. However, he was very efficient to provide me with the new phone and help me getting started.. Jorge took time to explain me the plan and the charges upfront . I will definitely recommend him and the store in Bear!

Just went to AT&T after purchasing a phone to get phone activated I wanted prepaid plan but unfortunately you have to a corporate Store for that but the staff member Jordan got me right & help pick plan & answered any questions I had ,plus bought I speaker that could of added to the line for just 11 a month whole process was smooth & to the point

This store is not an at&t corporate store. They were very rude to my daughter who needed a SIM replacement. Even though she is listed as an authorized user on the account they refused to help her. Only after she insisted they agreed to replace the SIM card if she paid a $5 fee. Don't use this store if you want a good service. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service! The store was supposed to open at 10am. At 10:05 the doors were locked still. A man walks out of the dollar store and walks up to us and says “what yall need”. So I say we need to purchase a new phone. He said oh we got robbed and don’t have anything and walks away.

Went to the store yesterday to have data transferred from one phone to the other and the rude guy that works there all he said was I need Wi-Fi to do that and my Wi-Fi is down. Did not even say how long it's been down for when it would be up, would not recommend going there at all, and if I could give less than one star, trust me, I would. Very very rude employee. This is now the second time that I've gone to this store and the same route individual works there, will never go back.

The Manager of this store in Bear Delaware has an exceptional skill set. He goes over and above to assure you are a satisfied customer before you leave the store. I travel 15 miles just to see him for whatever my AT&T need might by bee!! I travel 15 miles, pass two AT&T stores just to make sure I’m getting the best service for my money!AT&T put him back in the Middletown De Store!!!! ?

Not the biggest store but very convenient. Dealt with Wayne who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the process of upgrading devices and making adjustments to my account. Would return for additional support and can definitely recommend.
