Went to the store yesterday to have data transferred from one phone to the other and the rude guy that works there all he said was I need Wi-Fi to do that and my Wi-Fi is down. Did not even say how long it's been down for when it would be up, would not recommend going there at all, and if I could give less than one star, trust me, I would. Very very rude employee. This is now the second time that I've gone to this store and the same route individual works there, will never go back.

Great customer service & got issue resolved in 1 visit. Jay was able to provide quality customer service that I’m use to anytime I visit an AT&T store.

The Manager of this store in Bear Delaware has an exceptional skill set. He goes over and above to assure you are a satisfied customer before you leave the store. I travel 15 miles just to see him for whatever my AT&T need might by bee!! I travel 15 miles, pass two AT&T stores just to make sure I’m getting the best service for my money!AT&T put him back in the Middletown De Store!!!! ?

Not the biggest store but very convenient. Dealt with Wayne who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful through the process of upgrading devices and making adjustments to my account. Would return for additional support and can definitely recommend.

Went to the store to upgrade our two phones to iPhone 14. Walked into the store, person sitting all the way in the back at a small desk behind a computer screen looked around the screen and yelled: "Can I help you?" Did not even bother to get up. We had to walk all the way to the back of the store to talk to him. After telling him what we wanted, he finally got up, however, he was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed at us being there, even though there was no one else in the store. We left but have not had the time to make another trip to another store to get this accomplished. Ugh!!!

I went to buy a new phone as have been AT&T customer for 32 years. Three pleasant gentlemen working during my time there. Each one took time to assist me. Great experience and thank you to those gentlemen took time and patience with me.

Sales rep seemed to be in a bad mood at first but ended up being decent…so maybe just had a bad situation before we walked in…forgive and forget about it... overall was very helpful and once mood changed was very nice... and should smile more... and also helped me pick a phone that I can operate good and accessories to go with it... I would go back again.. had nice music in the store too...

Representative I got there was knowledgeable and very helpful. The actual store is nothing to rave about. Limited displays. Drab and nothing exciting. But the help was good.

Not related to store but would not recommend getting AT&T as service at all. They stole my equipment after an upgrade and refuse to give a credit. When you call customer service you are treated rude and get no answers or resolutions. After a dozen calls so far and escalations to a supervisor I have been hung up on 6 times including "supervisors". You can't reach corporate to file a complaint they are very well protected! DO NOT USE AT&T (if I could give no stars I would)
