So I called the store in Bear next to the PeP Boys and asked for a Driver side caliper for a 2007 tahoe 2wd 5.3 motor. Sent the core with my son so they could match it up with the new one. I have a commercial account with AutoZone. First of all the part was 43.00 with the core. So he was charged 80.00 dollars and then refunded 40.00 . They gave him the wrong part and then when I tried to return it the store was closed at 8:45 when it says open until 9:00

Worst autozone around will never go back. Gentleman at the registers walked away mid transaction stood there for ten mins. Manager walked right by not even a glance my way seemed much .ore interested in buying a car from a customer to build his next race car then helping me. Commercial parts manager as well as employees was rude and gave me very poor customer service as a commercial account holder I feel this is unacceptable as she refused me service

When I go to part stores, I understand they aren't mechanics, buts there's no reason for bad customer service. Do yourself a favor. Look somewhere else for parts.I bought a radiator from autozone years ago. Today, I tried to get a radiator cap. After they looked up vehicle information. The woman said it's a special dealer radiator cap (for a squarebody chevy), and it'll take 2 weeks to come in. After leaving, I used their app, got a part number, and called them. They had it stock.

I came to return an item and the young lady that was on shift was RUDE and did not care. It's a return, and she was acting like she was losing on the item. She had a choice, and she just didn't WANT TO RETURN IT... I believe TANG was the manager on duty, and he was understanding and VERY HELPFUL. He was able to return the item for me. Employees need to be trained and be customer friendly like TANG.

Why would you have people working at auto zone who can't look up parts. Then tells you she knows about cars and has no idea what part I need. When I go up the road 10 minutes away and the autozone gentleman gets me my part. Bring back pepboys

I am a business owner that has been a commercial customer with autozone for years. I recently sent one of my staff to pick up some supplies and Amanda c. treated him poorly for not having a receipt. It is well known that you can pay for an item at one location and pick it up at another even without a receipt. She refused to give him the product and just assumed he was trying to leave without paying and insinuting that he was stealing. I have never experienced this at another autozone location.

zkinda Confusing because it says Autozone next to a Pepboys sign but it is clean and well stocked. Customer Service is Par for the Course.

Staff is friendly and helpful but manager/commercial attendant, Amand C. always has an attitude. I've been to this location multiple times and each time I have been received with attitude and treated like my requests were unreasonable or inconvenient. I asked about a price on a part and she rolled her eyes and said she didn't know. If it were not for the parts being available only at that location I would not return.
