I stopped by this store because I needed a new wiper blade and a car battery. Terrence (I believe that was his name) was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He quickly helped me find exactly what I needed and even installed both the battery and the wiper blade for me on the spot. I had a question about the wiper blade, and even though he wasn’t 100% sure, he double-checked with someone named Bob, and together they got me taken care of. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend!

I went into the Auto Zone to return my brakes and rotors that I ordered online. When I went in the man that I was talking to seemed to instantly have an attitude. They couldn’t find my order on the computer because it was “over 90 days old” when I ordered it literally the week prior too. While talking to the tall mid aged black man at the counter he seemed to have no real interest in trying to help me figure out the situation. When his coworker came over, she was more helpful in 3 minutes than the 10 that I spent talking to him. I ended up being told to go to a different store to return my items but he had said “ yea your just gonna have to send her to the other one” and waved me off like I was bothering him. I don’t recommend coming to this AutoZone if you want to be treated with human decency.

went to get my alternator checked. Ed went above and beyond to help me out, make sure the issue was my alternator, and correct an issue with my battery terminal, really appreciated his help

This was horrible. I went to get my battery checked and he pretended to do it, told me that a 1 1/2 year battery was at 100%. I just left. This place is terrible

I came in to purchase windshield wipers and requested assistance with installation. Unfortunately, not only was I met with an unhelpful attitude from the staff, but my request for installation was also declined.

The customer service here depends on which employee you get at the counter. They can either be very helpful and go the extra mile to meet your needs leaving you satisfied, or extremely lazy and does the bare minimum.
