Horrible customer service. Order a part and pay cash and was told the part will be here the following day at 9:00 am possibly a little later. Next day I come to pick it up and they say the parts not here. " we skipped it and it was never ordered" no apologies, no explanation, nothing. Got my refund and I'll never be back

I tried to call in to see if a part was available. I was out on hold for more than twenty mins and then hung up on. I called back and was put on hold again. When I did finally get someone (45 mins on phone) on the phone she was speaking to someone else about a personal encounter. Laughing and eating in my ear. I had to hang up before I vomited. Won’t call here again. This is why people buy online.

Thus location is my favorite one. Associates are always helpful and friendly. Shelves are always stocked. Never had to wait no more than a few minutes for service.

Lazy workers, wouldn't even look up the part I needed. Instead said try isle such n such for a generic fits all or not. Went to advanced across street at least the ordered what I needed!!

Was told to use their scan tool to check my own car,after waiting a half hour. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time. Then they get nasty when you question them. Horrible customer service. Go to Advance Auto nearby. Great service there.

The little manager was a complete unprofessional. Had a defective part with recept bought few weeks ago stated on recept had lifetime warranty. I own two automotive shop. Had to rediagnose and get part from another supplier cot me labor to rediagnose and replace e part twice I can't charge customer for and she's telling me can return without the box. If it was two years the part still has lifetime warranty who would still have the box. Had to argue with her was absolutely ridiculous.

Staff very knowledgeable and professional, they asked questions and ensured customers received the auto product needed. Spoke to another customer regarding warranty and how new product affected current warranty.
