I was a "head sound tech" (I ran the big mixer board) for my school show, and the director had hired BEL to install all the electronics and stuff (our school has no dedicated auditorium, we have a stage in a gym). We spent an entire rehearsal today fixing mics and their inputs/outputs, alongside two BEL guys. I have to say, they didn't berate me for my occasional incompetence, and they tried to not get in my (or anyone's) way as much as possible. Honestly, they were very nice and offered great support (and we got the sound working!)

Excellent!!! Great people, fast service and highly recommended by McIntosh Labs for warranty work. I was not disappointed!!! Turnaround time was two weeks and the repair work was impeccably done. Thanks!
