“Usually, I can't find anyone to assist me at Home Depot or they just point say, "over there" and continue stocking shelves. Not L'Ron Who works at the Miller Road in Wilmington store. He walked me to the correct aisle to find what I need and even gave me a vendor from his contacts in his phone to help mount my TV on the wall. But I wanted to give a huge shout out to Merari and Mikaela who both worked tirelessly last night until our issue with a 2-week-old refrigerator was satisfactorily resolved. While we won't know if everything is resolved for good until a replacement is delivered tomorrow, my husband and I are both truly impressed with the customer service we received at the Bear, DE Lowe's store last night.”
