My vehicle was repaired nicely for the initial reason I had my car serviced for, however when I picked up my vehicle I had damage to my front wheel well (see photo). The rep Dylan told me that the damage was already there and it wasn’t. Be careful and make sure you take pictures of your vehicle prior to the drop off in case your vehicle gets damaged on their watch. I have not heard back from the manager Evan yet to discuss how they will take care of it.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision Their customer service is superior. They repaired my vehicle. They were thorough, took their time and explained everything to me before during and after the process.

I had a great experience there today. I arrived early and was greeted warmly and Dan came out right away to do the estimate. He fixed the light for me on the spot and noticed something else and fixed that too! I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to go back there for a repair.

Caliber did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after it sustained rear end damage. The staff was kind and helpful, keeping me up to date throughout the repairs and getting my car back to me quickly. While I hope I don’t need that kind of work done again, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Great experience using Caliber to repair my car. Staff were courteous and helpful. I received my car back early. They kept me informed. Most importantly, the car looked like new. It was shiny and clean. You never would have known that it was in an accident. I would highly recommend their services.

Got my Brand new SUV fixed after an accident. Took 3 weeks to get it done but it was worth it as the job done was Fantastic. They fixed it right. Kept me updated about the progress via text. Very friendly staff and the owner explained everything that was fixed when delivering the vehicle.
Highly recommend this body shop.
