He walked up to my car, and actually took his time to listen to my request carefully, and find out about my needs. Once things got situated, Shawn called the vendor to order the parts for me, coordinated the delivery as well as communicated all related costs right in front of me. Parts got delivered about 40” later, a technician was delegated to change out my radiator soon after. Overall, I had my car’s radiator replaced in a matter of only about 1.5 hours, which completely blew my mind away. I am very satisfied, and greatly appreciate the attentive details that I received. The fact that Shawn approached my vehicle, greeted his customer warmly and professionally was impressive, while did not find out about my condition, and that I lived about an hour away in MD, only after he spoke to me. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly & helpful, from the owner (Shorty) to the technician (Joe), etc. If you’re in need of a used car, I strongly recommend this dealership!”
