You are lucky I have to give a Star, they lucky got that.. Bill is the worst seller ever. He literally doesn't care after you buy a car (cause he just wants your money to buy new ones) they send to a shop who doesn't fix shit. Way the out of the way. Not to mention you giving my tags to somebody else. Don't buy from here. Go across the street Go Anywhere Other then Here!!!

Steer clear of this place, sold us a total lemon !! Warranty does not cover anything, dealership could careless. Weve made one payment, had the car for less then a month. Has a massive oil leak, needs all kinds of fluids, rotors worn on front and rear ! Horrible place dont recommend

They sold me a total lemon and I purchased a worthless warranty they don’t even want to fix the car I worked several doubles to pay for the down payment of a lemon I’ve only had four months the transmission went bad. I hate I wasted 5 grand with this dealership highly not recommended

Go see Chuck! I was in a tough spot and needed reliable transportation for me and my children. Chuck made the process easy, quick, and actually enjoyable! When I would get worried during the process, he would say, “we don’t have problems only solutions.” Chuck put me in a great car, and when I realized the car needed some minor repairs, he fixed it right away - no problems, only solutions! I will definitely be a return customer and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I was in desperate need of a car that could get me from point A to point B. I didn’t really have much to put down for the car, but I was willing to stay consistent to pay what I owed. Bill and the others really gave me a chance ( me being so young and all ) and really have been so helpful and understanding with me. My family has purchased 2 vehicles from certified motors. We were so happy with them that we referred certified to a family member, all cars we've purchased are still running strong ! . That being said I went to purchase another vehicle from them recently and we couldn't Come to a deal after 3 vehicles and 4 years of history all over 400$. My family will never spend another dime after our vehicle is paid off ... I was promptly approved at hertrich of elkton and am now a proud owner of a 2017 Ford f 150, No thanks to certified motors .. do your research On a great vehicle and just give your business to someone who is worth starting a human relationship with . You turn into a number as soon as you sign on the dotted line. PS THEY CALLED AND ASKED FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW LAST WEEK . SO THEY OBVIOUSLY FORGOT ABOUT OUR LAST INTERACTON ..TRULY NO PERSONAL SKILLS .
