My name is Steven Caswell,I recently called in to try and resolve a couple overdraft charges that were accidently triggered on my account. I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I am going to be switching my military direct deposit and you guys can deal with the overdraft fees. Horrible customer service towards a Military Veteran. Community Powered FCU should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible been dealing with for 7 years they have the worst fair act credit reporting. They have on numerous occasions not reported to credit agencies incorrectly and takes moths to correct their incompetence. Terrible and frustrating

Had an account here for almost 30 years. I can’t tell you how many overdraft fees I’ve paid over that time frame, taking advantage of poor people. No other bank operates this way! I had asked one time to if I could be credited for one fee and was advised “ yes, but we’ll have to close your account.” My suggestion would be to opt out of overdraft protection all together . They place a hold on transactions for days , weekends mostly .

Great accounts with no minimum balance fees or unnecessary products that I need to have for the accounts. Easy online banking and bill pay with friendly staff who takes the time to walk through how to use everything.

I have been banking with them most of my life. For some reason this year I have noticed after several months of overdraft fees that this bank is guilty of manipulating your transactions to incur and overdraft fee. Would not recommend banking here but great to open up a savings account for a young adult and good credit building options.

I initially had a great experience with this for the first and a half year. My initial issue is that they don't have a center that you can call over the weekend outside of business hours, for issues that cannot be resolved without a bank associate. When I lost my bank card come to find out they have a third party affiliates that handles the initial process that does not communicate well with the bank branch and vise versa. I lost my chipped bank card and went to file a police
