“Del-One Federal Credit Union is completely inept and void of customer service. Their online banking system is poor and is inferior to other major financial institutions. Their IT systems create errors that Del-One refuses to accept responsibility for. Stay Away!!!”
“I wanna say a lot of improvements. My last problem was before the new system update that involved my account having problems that nobody could fix for me. But yesterday I went in and getting a new card was so easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The clerk didn’t even have an attitude when I had to be on my phone at the window.”

“I dont understand all the negative reviews, however I am a new card holder with Barclays and I am awaiting my new credit card. As far a customer service reps, I talked to Charlotte on 10/27/2022 for almost 50 minutes trying to get the best deal on a new credit card that Citi Bank had cancelled my old account.Charlotte was wonderful and polite in reading all the disclosures and answering my questions. She also told me to open a business card if I had a small business because she could offer me 80,000 miles as a bonus. Recently returning from Europe, American Airlines handed out 60k mile flyers for joining Citi Bank AAdvantage. ZERO help from Citi Bank rep within two minutes of talking to him. Barclays is LUCKY to have Charlotte on their customer service team. Charlotte, keep up the great work and thanks for helping me get an instant approval for twice the limit that Citi Bank offered.”
