Home and away from home. Anytime I’m in Delaware, this is one of my first stops. Great people, great community, and great gym. Highly recommended.

Nice cozy family, 7 years of crossfit and the most important things for me are no drama, nice people and gym accessibility and hospitality to do your own thing when needed, and all of those are greatly met at CrossFit Bear! And Mel is the best, such a great owner and human being :)
