Very difficult to deal with as a patient. Find another company. The many DCA offices never know what’s going on. Phones aren’t answered. Appointments cancelled by DCA at will.

My 1st procedure was at 8:45. Office called day before to see if I could move my 2nd procedure to 9;00. I happily agreed. It’s now 10:15 and I’m still waiting. I’m told they’re waiting for a room. What?
