Very pleased with the crews from Delaware Moving and Storage. Our storage container (COW) was delivered at 7:30 AM and placed in the perfect spot. At 8 AM, the moving crew arrived and carefully moved all of our large furniture into the storage container. They made sure that everything was protected as they moved and stored it. Great job!

I hope to change my review in the very near future. My experience has not been great. A very heavy expensive piece of marble was cracked, and after paying the full amount of insurance, I got denied for the claim for them to give me anything back. Back. I am talking to Dale one of the owners and waiting for his response. I'm hoping that we can come to an agreement. If not I will be forced in contacting an attorney. A moving company is all about trust. People See objects but objects sometimes have so much more meaning To their worth. Why are we paying insurance, if they are not holding up their end. So again, hoping for a better outcome in the next few days to come.

Delaware Moving and Storage is the best! They moved my Sister two times. Both times, they showed up on time, went right to work and got everything done in the time they said it would be done! Plus, the price was well worth it! Very reasonable! The guys were very good and so nice and very polite! Great company! Judy F.

This is our 3rd time using Delaware Moving & Storage & they never disappoint! Our crews have been amazing- friendly, careful & efficient. Moving can be stressful, we felt completely at ease, knowing the crew was handling everything. We had lots of heavy & awkward items which they handled with ease. Nothing scratched, broken or otherwise damaged. The crew took special care to ensure everything went well & as expected. I would highly recommend these movers for a stress free experience! Please commend our crew again for us-they were Fantastic! (It was 98degrees for our move!!) they never once complained!! Thank you!!

We relocated from Delaware to Illinois. Any long distance move can be worrisome. The team at Delaware Moving & Storage worked with us the whole way. From Dave's household review, quote and provide boxes in the rain, to our driver John and the pack team of Gil & Shawn. Chandler with our heavy weight and Bev + her crew for our breakables. All of them treated our furniture with care & respect and explained things as they wrapped & packed. All items were labeled before going into the truck and bingo cards provided at destination to check off all the tags for a complete accounting.
Thanks for your hard work to make this move a success.

Recently my wife and I relocated to Pennsylvania from Delaware and contracted with Delaware Moving and Storage to handle the move . The 3 men they sent out to load the truck were throughly professional and extremely efficient. The company stored our furnishings for several days before we made settlement on our new home . The day of the unloading 2 of the 3 original men unl I added us . Once again they were very efficient , professional , and friendly . Items were carefully placed where directed , beds and dressers were setup. This was all done very quickly and neatly . My wife and I were VERY impressed with the company from start to finish . From the initial estimate , the admin staff. , and the actual movers ,we were highly pleased and would recommend Delaware Moving andStorage to anyone considering a move.

Our salesman was Dave Sterling. He was excellent to deal with. He took the time to come out to our house to give us an estimate of the price to move and store our furniture. His men came out to pack and store our furniture. The men were respectful and efficient. They wrapped our furniture carefully and delivered it just the same. We had all of our furniture delivered in great condition with no issues. This was our first experience using a moving company and I would highly recommend Wheaton/Delaware to do the job!

My family had a large amount of stuff to move between two locations. During the removal were told to wait in the vehicle and the movers were to lock up the space. They did not inform us that they had left items behind and as they were locking up and moving we could not check. We had to move two van loads of items after they completed the job and charged quite a hefty price. After raising a complaint were told nothing could be done. Poor customer service for them to leave items behind, not tell us, and then charge such high rates!
I am leaving two stars and not one because they did move our stuff quickly and as far as we can tell safely. They did a quick job of moving it in to the new location as well.
