Delivered on the wrong day and they just dropped it off at my Fiancés job without telling anyone. It wasn’t noticed until people were leaving for the day.

Told us 10 mins...25 mins later still not done! They said we are struggling with the caramel. Could've told us instead of just saying 10 more mins every time we ask. Didn't even offer anything for wasting our time. Do not recommend!

This is the second time in a year that I spent near $40.00 on an edible arrangement. The only reason I did it a second time is that I forgot how terrible it was a year earlier. I am not only disappointed I am angry. The arrangement was housed in parsley and the fruit was so small and unappealing. NEVER AGAIN! That was a lot of money to spend on junk. Two thumbs down.

I placed an order 10 days prior to when I needed it delivered. Two days in advance, I get a call saying they can't deliver it that day (the day before the event) & I was left scrambling to come up with an alternative. I would definitely cross this business off your list!

Didn’t have all the ingredients for my sweetest Valentine’s Day ever platter . They ran out of chocolate covered hearts after I paid . I Was told they would replace the chocolate caramel hearts with more strawberries never did .left voicemail no response.They re did my order and I am picking up today . Looking forward to it.

If you have the ability DO NOT order from this location they will share your information out to the public, the staffing is extremely unprofessional and rude and they also tell lies to customers to protect them-self when they do wrong you are better off going somewhere else or paying more to use a different company because this one will indeed ruin your good intentions for someone.

Honestly the worst work place ever. The owner dan has no respect for anyone. He cusses at workers and spits on them. He sells moldy strawberries and has says its fine because they are covered in chocolate. The stuff that is in the front of the store is almost always a week old. The back has rats and isn’t properly cleaned. The boxes that had expired strawberries with mold get used again for future orders. And the majority of workers he hires also don’t care about the condition of the fruits the customers eat like estaphany she uses the squishiest strawberries you could imagine . She was once manager of one of the stores and that store ended up going broke and having to be closed. If you are thinking from buying anything from here I suggest you think twice . I’m here to save you guys from this horrid store .

My husband and I received a platter from my company and it was so uplifting and delicious. Beautifully done. Presentation was wonderful. Delivery driver was gracious and courteous.

The service was very pleasant and my order was ready before my scheduled time which is always good. Other locations cannot compare to this one and I'm not sure why this location's rating is so low but give it a try compared to other locations!

Recieved a gift for Mother's day on 5.5.22 and on 5.8.22 they were moldy so they were inedible.Daughter spent a nice chunk of change for an inedble basket the only salvage was the vase.Big disappointment.

Had an almost perfect experience! The strawberries, cookies, chocolates and cheesecake are all great according to my recipient :) the flowers are great as well especially considering the price! The order was delivered seamlessly and I was notified of delivery as soon as it happened!I would definitely go with them again!The only thing that hindered this from perfection is that they were out of dark roast coffee I also ordered, and substituted for chocolates without any communication. Once I contacted them they had no issue with refunding me and informed me it was substituted for chocolates, they were also very professional in doing so, but I'm sure you can see the qualm with the way it was initially handled.1 I insisted to my recipient that they have dark roast coffee to brew which they did not 2 I only even knew that it was missing because I was able to comfirm with my recipient rather than just "wow thank you so much it's all delicious" and 3 my order already included chocolates so there would have been no way for me to even have the inclination of the substitution. (IE say there was a teddy bear instead of coffee I may have assumed a substitution or mistake). All of these would have been solved with a call text or email!! And this is a very small issue, I just wanted to inform and give my honest opinion :) thank you so much for making mother's day special ❤️ we aren't all perfect please keep that in mind when reading my review and thinking about using edible arrangements :)

My husband ordered me an arrangement the strawberries were over ripen some had spots and the pineapple tasted awful. Had this been the first time I would have said whatever and moved on. But this is the 4th time. So I finally called someone was on hold for 1hr and 34 minutes. They said the store will reach out to me.... this was 2/15. I emailed and called multiple times no response. Because of my allergies my husband gets me edible arrangements instead of flowers but after the second time I told him stop using this location. This is the closest location but they are not worth it.

Absolutely disappointed with the chocolate covered strawberries. They were... not good. My local grocery store (Safeway, Peoples Plaza) cranked out well over 300 packs of berries that looked 10x better than these overripe, half-dipped, VERY EXPENSIVE, dingy berries. They aren't even long stems! The effort was simply not there. I have both boxes side by side and have decided that Edible's belong in the trash. A convenience store would not even sell a product of this low quality, so nor should specialty fruit based gift shop getting over $2 per berry. There is no pride or quality here... pretty disappointing. Huge waste of money. Not returning.The left box is from Safeway, the right box is from Edible. Both paid for and recieved today. Please judge for yourself...
